We were lucky to catch up with Terence & Rasheda Davis recently and have shared our conversation below.
Terence & Rasheda, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I found my purpose through my relationship with Jesus Christ. The Word of God says, “Lean not on your own understanding; acknowledge Me, and I will direct your path.” I had a written plan for my life prior to my relationship with Christ. When I accepted Christ, He began to reveal His plan and purpose for me.
My purpose is to reach souls through preaching the Gospel of Christ. It also includes being a wife, mother, grandmother, intercessor, prophetess, teacher, and entrepreneur. I love expressing creativity through graphic design, website building, interior design, and more.
I am launching a program called AED School and Foundation for disadvantaged children. This program will support children and young adults by teaching life and social skills, braille writing, and assisting those with learning disabilities. It will also help them learn to play instruments and take worship vocal-singing classes.
We are also the lead pastors of The School of Intercession Global Ministries, where we pastor and operate a prayer school to train individuals in prayer and intercession. In addition, we host a Prayer Talk Show.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
The School of Intercession Global Ministries is a church and prayer school. We focus on winning souls to Jesus Christ. We offer classes and training in prayer and intercession, spiritual warfare, prophetic training and deliverance. You can learn more about our ministry at www.soiglobalministries.org. RASHEDA DAVIS WAS ALSO A PRAYER AGENT FOR THE 700 CLUB.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Managing time wisely -time management
Mentorship
Be Fearless – yet walk in wisdom
1. Time Management
Time management is the ability to plan and control how you spend your hours so you can accomplish your priorities effectively. It’s more than just making a schedule—it’s learning to set clear goals, break them into manageable steps, and avoid distractions. Good time management reduces stress and increases productivity.
2. Mentorship
Mentorship is the process of learning from someone who has more experience or expertise in a certain area. A mentor provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback, helping you grow personally and professionally. Being open to mentorship accelerates learning, expands your perspective, and builds confidence because you’re drawing from someone else’s wisdom instead of trying to figure everything out alone.
3. Being Fearless is faith
It’s the courage to step out of your comfort zone of your plans by faith. You will have take risks to pursue your goals. Developing fearlessness builds resilience, strengthens faith, and allows you to seize opportunities you might otherwise miss. You don’t allow fear to paralyze your dreams. You walk it out by faith and seek God’s wisdom in your decisions.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
