Meet Terrance Williams

We recently connected with Terrance Williams and have shared our conversation below.

Terrance, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?
I got my work ethic for my dad. He owned his own gym for 20 years and every day during those years he would wake up at four in the morning and be back home at 9:10 o’clock at night and I watched him build the gym from the ground up and it’s very successful to this day. He actually is in the process of selling it and just seeing how hard he worked step by step. He really motivated me and I always try to imitate that work ethic.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I build virtual reality platforms for mental health professionals, life coaches, therapist and nonprofits. We recently have built our hundreds platform and we are continuously growing. Every day we believe virtual reality will be a pivotal point in mental health and through the technology. We have been seeing some great results.

We build platforms for exposure therapy, one on one sessions, community centers, group therapy, events and etc.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Consistency is quality that I practice every day every day will you be able to put 100% but as long as you put in any percent any day eventually you’ll see progression. My advice for anybody who has a dream is to know that you won’t be motivated every day. You won’t be excited every day, but you can choose to be consistent every day.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I would love to partner with anyone who believes that first reality could benefit them in a mental health journey right now I’m working with some universities so nonprofits like alcohol anonymous. For example, I am also working with small practices and non profits to build community centers where people from any background can share a safe place.
