Meet Terrence Creech

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Terrence Creech. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Terrence below.

Terrence, thank you so much for joining us and offering your lessons and wisdom for our readers. One of the things we most admire about you is your generosity and so we’d love if you could talk to us about where you think your generosity comes from.
I grew up in a rural area in North Carolina, Clayton, NC to be specific. I saw my mother and grandmother help family, church members, and strangers in need without expectation of getting something in return. I carried that giving spirit throughout my life. Being of service and lensing a hand when Im able.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am the co-founder / partner in the BaldwinCreech Company. I created and partnered with a college friend Ronell Baldwin. Under the BaldwinCreech umbrella is content creation, production, merchandising, property holdings. And consultation. We created a successful talk show titled The Gentlemen of Style Show, from that creation came numerous opportunities to act, merchandise, and consult. We have produced music videos, auto commercials and short films. The most exciting thing about what we are doing is the style in which we do it and it feels like just the beginning.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The three qualities I have relied on are adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and keep learning. If you are juat starting out learn as much as you can about what you are doing. The more you know, the more you can master, will have a tremendous impact on your success.

To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
The most impactful thing my mother did for me was to treat me like a person at a young age and expose me to just enough of the right things at certain ages. Her doing that allowed me to be able to go into the world knowing how to treat people and how to survive and thrive.
