Meet Tesha Smith Multidimensional Creative and C.E.O.

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tesha Smith Multidimensional Creative and C.E.O. . We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Tesha Smith, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
In my journey to develop confidence and self-esteem, I have found that stepping out of my comfort zone, continuously learning and improving my skills, setting achievable goals, practicing self-care, engaging in positive self-talk, surrounding myself with supportive people, and reflecting on my achievements have been instrumental. By challenging myself, taking care of my physical and emotional well-being, and celebrating my successes, I have been able to build a stronger sense of self-worth and belief in my abilities. It’s a ongoing process, but I’m committed to nurturing my confidence and self-esteem through intentional actions and self-reflection.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
I am a certified Art Therapist, and creating art is a deeply personal and spiritual experience. My mediums are acrylic, oil pastel, and watercolor. I feel a connection to the source of creativity that transcends words and language. Through my canvas art, I aim to capture the complex emotions and experiences that come with being a human being on planet earth and to advocate for greater diversity in the art world.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
In my journey, adaptability has allowed me to navigate challenges and change with flexibility, resilience has been crucial in bouncing back from setbacks and staying determined, and self-motivation has driven me to persist in pursuing my goals despite obstacles. These qualities have been the cornerstone of my personal growth, helping me embrace change, overcome adversity, and stay focused on my path to building confidence and self-esteem.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
I am eager to collaborate with individuals who are passionate, creative, and driven to make a positive impact. I value teamwork, diversity of perspectives, and a shared commitment to excellence in our work. If you are reading this and interested in collaborating, feel free to reach out to me through email or connect with me on professional networking platforms like Instagram. I am open to exploring new opportunities and working together to achieve shared goals and bring innovative ideas to life. Let’s connect and create something meaningful together!
