Meet TheMoistQueen

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to TheMoistQueen. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

TheMoistQueen, thank you so much for joining us today. Let’s jump right into something we’re really interested in hearing about from you – being the only one in the room. So many of us find ourselves as the only woman in the room, the only immigrant or the only artist in the room, etc. Can you talk to us about how you have learned to be effective and successful in situations where you are the only one in the room like you?

I learned a long time ago that I do not fit into any “norms” when it comes to the way I look and I taught myself to love my uniqueness. Now, I am proud to be the only person in a room that looks like me. It’s a point of pride for me not to fit in.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

Fierce. Fearless. Unfiltered. TheMoistQueen is a Houston-based model known for bold looks, captivating presence, and a style that turns heads. Available for creative collaborations, brand shoots, and visual campaigns that demand attention.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Unfettered confidence, goal orientation, and self-love and respect

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

I am always looking for partnerships with brands and magazines to promote myself and amazing products or brands.
