One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?

By being pushed by the obstacles I have faced throughout my life time, my parents and my faith in the Lord

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

My name is Theodora Osei-Fordeuo, and I’m a business owner, proud mom, wife, and a straightforward person. I aim to strive for quality in every aspect of my restaurant business. While I understand that perfection is unattainable, I believe in fairness and try to practice it daily. Seeing my patrons’ empty plates and the smiles on their faces when I visit their tables or check out after they’ve eaten fills me with joy.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

God, Resposibity, and Commitments
Life is tough, especially when you’re growing up. If I recall correctly, my parents always emphasized the importance of taking care of yourself. (No one else will do it for you except yourself.) God has also been an integral part of my upbringing from the very beginning. Lastly, commitment and consistency are also significant factors that can help you succeed if you’re able to maintain them and do them well.

Okay, so before we go, is there anyone you’d like to shoutout for the role they’ve played in helping you develop the essential skills or overcome challenges along the way?

My parents and good matured adults friends, who are to giving you a truthful advice .
