Thiago, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Never Quit Attitude! We had to face some difficulties growing up moving around the globe, which thought us to be tough and accept that business just like life will have its own set of challenges.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
OSI Aviation & Medical Recruitment is a specialized/concierge recruitment agency located in Jupiter, Florida. We staff Private Jet Owners, Flight Departments and Specialized Medical offices worldwide.
We focus on delivering a service that solves problems for our clients. Families that have the ability to own a Private Jet, focuses on security and safety. We provide a level of pilots that is beyond legal requirements; thus ensuring the highest level of safety.
In 2023, we just launched the Medical Division, which operates under the same principal and requirements.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Customer service and attention to detail are 2 natural qualities I was born with. That combined with the passion for private jets, I was able to merge the two items and build a successful business dealing with the wealthiest clients.
To close, maybe we can chat about your parents and what they did that was particularly impactful for you?
My parents gave us the opportunity to live around the world and gain cultural knowledge. This alone, is the best skill that I gained in my life. Learning how to communicate with others regardless of cultural differences.
