Meet Thomas Snyder

We recently connected with Thomas Snyder and have shared our conversation below.

Thomas, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

Although I have been a producer and audio engineer for quite some time, I didn’t find my purpose until I became a Twitch streamer. Close to a year into my streaming career, I started receiving heartfelt messages on the side – whether in Twitch chat or direct messages on social media or Discord. Each message I received allowed me to understand that I am not JUST playing games on stream, I am a source that brings happiness to those that might not be going through the best times in their life. In addition, I have been made aware that I am a model for the youth as well as some peers too. That is how I found my purpose.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

I would consider myself nearly a “one-stop shop” because I am a music producer, audio engineer, artist, streamer and content creator. The special part of this journey is being a streamer, where I am able to be myself in front of a growing community that I appreciate so much while building relationships, inspiring others and bringing laughter to people lives. Although 2024 was a HUGE year, going into 2025, I have so many ideas and a few events in planning currently. New merch designs are being prepped. New music is being recorded. I might’ve revealed too much but I will stop there.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Being consistent and efficient as well as having good time management have been most impactful during my journey. To breakdown, being consistent allows for making mistakes and learning from them. During this, you will learn to become efficient in your workflow. This essentially helps w/ time management. In all, I recommend people to just be self-disciplined and to hold themselves accountable.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am always looking forward to collaborating w/ other individuals aiming for similar aspirations as me. Aside from that, I am highly interested in partnering w/ companies that I have huge interests in like Monster Energy Drink, Wingstop, and Oreos to name a few. For anybody or any company trying to reach me, you can find me on all social media platforms at @finessetheproducer (except X/Twitter, which is @finessemadeit) or directly via email at [email protected].
