Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tiffany. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tiffany, we are so happy that our community is going to have a chance to learn more about you, your story and hopefully even take in some of the lessons you’ve learned along the way. Let’s start with self-care – what do you do for self-care and has it had any impact on your effectiveness?
As someone who is highly empathetic, intuitive, sensitive and who works in a healing profession, self-care is absolutely non-negotiable for me. The most powerful form of self-care has been learning to truly listen to my body and my energy field. I spend time in nature, go on hikes, get massages, and maintain a regular meditation practice. I also love taking baths as a way to unwind and reconnect with myself. When I start to feel overwhelmed by life, I know that’s my signal to slow down and prioritize self-care. Anything that helps me ground back into my body restores my balance and enhances my effectiveness in both my work and my personal life.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
For over 13 years now, I’ve walked the path of spa and wellness, a journey that continues to unfold and evolve with every season. At my essence, I am both a healer and a creator, two energies that dance together through all that I do. My work is an alchemy of intuition and artistry, where I craft intentional and ritual candles, roll-ons, and self-care offerings infused with magick and purpose. Each creation carries its own vibration. a whisper of intention designed to help others reconnect to their light, their body, and their truth.
I’ve always believed that our inner world shapes the external one, as above, so below. What we heal within radiates outward, transforming how we move through life. While my journey began with tending to the physical body, it has naturally deepened into the psyche and the unseen realms of energy. Through tarot and reiki, I guide others to explore the layers of their being, weaving healing through both body and spirit until harmony begins to hum beneath the surface. I also hold moon rituals online and am building a community of magick.
Now, my path is expanding once more. I’m stepping into hypnosis and coaching to help others dive even deeper into transformation, to rise, release, and return home to themselves. Alongside this, I’m beginning my studies in herbalism, learning the language of plants and the magick of earth medicine to nurture the physical body in sacred ways.
This next chapter feels like a reclamation of wisdom, of wildness, of the witch within. I’m truly manifesting my most enchanted life, and it’s an honor to share that light with others on their own healing journeys.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Moving through imposter syndrome, building confidence, and learning to take risks have been some of the most transformative parts of my journey. No one ever truly feels ready to step into the unknown, but I’ve learned to ask myself: What if it all works out? Would I rather look back and regret staying comfortable, or take a leap of faith and trust that I’ll be supported on the other side? Every time, I’ve chosen to leap and each leap has brought incredible growth and alignment.
For anyone just starting out, my advice is to choose growth over fear. Be grounded and intentional. Create a plan, nurture your stability but don’t let fear hold you back. Do it scared! So many beautiful dreams remain unfulfilled because of self-doubt. Be brave enough to take that first step, even if it’s imperfect. The universe meets us in motion, and even if you stumble, you’ll gain the wisdom and strength to rise higher than before.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I would love to collaborate with others who share a vision of healing, and of holding safe, sacred space for others. I’ve always dreamed of combining forces with fellow magical healers who aren’t afraid to do things outside the box. Alternative healers and creatives are truly my people. Those who walk the path of authenticity and believe in the power of connection and energy work help others do the same.
I think that when we join together with the shared intention to help others heal, it becomes incredibly powerful and uplifting. So many people are seeking alternative ways to heal — though really, these ways are just guiding us back to our roots. If there are any herbalists, acupuncturists, psychics, somatic healers, or artists who feel aligned with this vision, I would love to connect and create together.
