We were lucky to catch up with Tiffany Baillie recently and have shared our conversation below.
Tiffany, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
Honestly, I didn’t just “find” my purpose—it slowly found me. For a long time, I just followed what felt good: making art with my hands, surrounding myself with beauty, and sharing those little sparks of light with others. One day, I realized those simple things weren’t just hobbies—they were the pieces of something bigger. They were pointing me toward what I was meant to be doing all along. That’s how Luna Grace Studio was born.
For me, purpose isn’t some huge destination—It’s about weaving intention into everyday life, spreading light through art, and creating spaces where people feel seen and inspired. And the most beautiful part? It’s still unfolding.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
Luna Grace Studio was created from a place of healing, transformation, and hope. Before becoming an artist, I worked in EMS, where life’s fragility and intensity were a daily reality. Art first entered my life as a form of therapy. What started as brushstrokes on canvas slowly grew into a deeper calling: to create pieces that hold meaning, spark light, and offer comfort to others navigating their own journeys. My earlier collections, such as “I’m Still Here” which focused on mental health awareness. And “The Bloom Series” a celebration of self-love and acceptance—continue to shape the heartbeat of my work. They taught me that creativity is not just an outlet, but a way of connecting souls.
Today, Luna Grace Studio has blossomed into a space where intention meets artistry. I design handcrafted light catchers, ritual jewelry, and botanical-inspired accessories—each piece created with the purpose of helping others pause, reflect, and find beauty in the everyday. Every collection is infused with symbolism and care, offering gentle reminders to love ourselves as we are and to seek moments of stillness in our busy world.
I believe my mission in this life is to Be The Light. To create work that can transform a moment. Like how a piece of glass catching the sun can shift energy in a room, or how a small, intentional accessory can remind someone of their own inner strength. Each piece is created in small batches, allowing me to honor the materials, the process, and the story behind the work.
Lately, I’ve been thrilled to expand into new collaborations with local boutiques and to offer more in-person creative experiences such as pop ups, workshops and local events. For me, Luna Grace Studio isn’t just a brand, it’s a way of sharing light, beauty, and connection with the community.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
The qualities that shaped my journey are patiences, curiosity, and connection. Patience helped me grow at my own pace, curiosity pushed me to explore new creative paths, and connection reminds me to create work that resonates with myself and others.
My advice: experiment often, trust the process, and nurture the relationships around you—they will guide and inspire your journey.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
Yes! At Luna Grace Studio, I love partnering with creatives, makers, and small businesses who share a similar energy and ethos—think fellow artisans, wellness practitioners, boutique shop owners, and event organizers. I’m especially drawn to collaborations that celebrate creativity, intentional living, and community connection.
