Meet Tiffany Campbell

We recently connected with Tiffany Campbell and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany , thank you so much for opening up with us about some important, but sometimes personal topics. One that really matters to us is overcoming Imposter Syndrome because we’ve seen how so many people are held back in life because of this and so we’d really appreciate hearing about how you overcame Imposter Syndrome.
I have learned to focus on my progress rather than perfection. I make time to celebrate my achievements. I understand that making mistakes is a part of learning and growth so I embrace it. Additionally, cultivating a positive mindset, surrounding myself with supportive people, and seeking professional help when needed has contributed to overcoming imposter syndrome.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am passionate about building up individuals and I do this through various ways. One aspect of my work involves providing transportation services for juveniles, which not only allows me to assist them practically but also engage in meaningful conversations that go beyond just transportation.

As an entrepreneur, I organize events that promote positive change and empower communities. One of the causes close to my heart is gun violence awareness, and I actively organize events to raise awareness and foster dialogue around this issue. Additionally, I host photo shoots for professional black men and women, aiming to create a supportive network in our area and celebrate their accomplishments.

I organize formal events that focus on strengthening family bonds and relationships, recognizing the importance of family unity and support. Each of these endeavors helps achieve my goal of uplifting individuals and communities.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I believe my open-mindedness, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for making a difference in people’s lives have allowed my journey to be impactful.

Being open-minded has allowed me to embrace new ideas, perspectives, and opportunities. My advice for those early in their journey is to actively seek out diverse experiences, listen to different viewpoints, and be willing to adapt and learn from others.

A strong work ethic has been crucial in navigating challenges, staying focused on my goals, and consistently putting in the effort needed to succeed. I would encourage everyone to prioritize discipline, and stay dedicated to their craft.

Having a genuine compassion for others and a passion for creating positive change has fueled my drive and motivation throughout my journey. You have to listen to the needs of others, and find ways to use your skills and talents to make a difference.

Stay connected to your purpose and let your passion drive your actions.

Any advice for folks feeling overwhelmed?
When I’m feeling overwhelmed, I find comfort in various activities such as listening to music, reading a book, spending quality time with my nieces and nephews, taking a leisurely ride, and indulging in some coloring. These simple yet enjoyable pastimes. Find something simple you enjoy and it will you find peace when things are chaotic.
