Meet Tiffany Hayes

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiffany Hayes. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiffany below.

Tiffany, thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?

My resilience stems from the lessons my family has taught me. I’ve learned to embrace uncertainty by pausing, reflecting, and trusting that the right answers and people will appear in time.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am currently focused on building my company brand, Pathfinder Global Solutions, a retreat design consulting firm specializing in customized leadership retreats, wellness, cultural immersion programs, team-building experiences, and government travel solutions. We provide end-to-end logistics, retreat programming, and travel management services for businesses and government agencies.

What excites me most is leveraging my Navy background in operations, logistics, and project management to craft unique, transformative experiences tailored to an organization’s needs or ideas.

One of my newest offerings is the Sense and Sensuality Retreat Series, a safe space for women to explore how embracing their sensuality can be a powerful tool for personal growth and empowerment.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three qualities, skills, and areas of knowledge that have shaped me most are perseverance, organization, and an innate curiosity to explore and learn.

A key insight I’ve gained is the importance of staying humble and open-minded. Recognizing that “you know nothing” is the foundation for growth. Being willing to learn, adapt, and embrace new ideas is essential for personal and professional evolution. Every experience—good or bad—offers valuable lessons. It’s through this mindset that I’ve been able to pivot, grow, and turn challenges into opportunities.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?

I am seeking dynamic speakers, teachers, trainers, and facilitators who are passionate and skilled in areas such as leadership development, career growth, IT solutions, wellness (to include but not limited to: mental health therapy, sex coaches and sex therapists, stress management, fitness, nutrition, medicine), history, language, and more. If you’re excited about inspiring others and creating transformative experiences, I’d love for you to join my network of experts who help facilitate annual retreats and corporate wellness programs.

This is an incredible opportunity to collaborate, share your expertise, and be part of something truly impactful. Together, we can design unforgettable experiences that empower individuals and organizations to thrive. If you’re ready to make a difference and grow alongside a passionate community, let’s connect and create something extraordinary!
