Meet Tiffany R Easley

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tiffany R Easley a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Tiffany R, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I developed both my confidence and self-esteem through understanding my value in Christ. I had to “see” myself the way God sees me. Three core belief statements I have about myself are:

I am made in the image and likeness of Christ. (Genesis 1:27)
I recognize that I am fearfully and wonderfully made; I am marvelously complex. (Psalm 139:14)
I embrace being a designer original and accept my value

Two actions I practice frequently are self-care and speaking affirmations which encourage me to be the best version of myself.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
As the CEO & S.O.A.R. Strategist at Tiffany R. Easley Enterprises, Inc. I aim to help professional women overcome challenges, live meaningful lives, and learn to S.O.A.R.

As the curator at S.O.A.R. Lifestyle, I encourage professional women to prioritize self-care and excel in their personal and professional lives while achieving their goals. My company caters to successful, high-achieving, professional women, with refined taste, and even bigger aspirations.

I am most excited about my signature candle collection which will officially launch this Spring. My collection is comprised of candles which are paraben and phthalate free, contain no dyes, are ocean friendly and cruelty free.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Accountability – being accountable and holding others accountable is a key to success.

Belief – belief in yourself and your vision

Clarity – clarity of where you are and where you want to go

Determination – determination to reach your goals

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?
My mother taught me to always trust God and to never give up on my goals and dreams. She instilled in me that with faith and hard work, I could achieve all my dreams.
