Meet Tiffany Ross

We recently connected with Tiffany Ross and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tiffany, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

My work ethic was built from the ground up—through family, faith, and the desire to create something lasting with my own two hands. Growing up, I watched people around me grind for what they had. Nobody handed them success; they built it piece by piece. That taught me early that hard work isn’t optional—it’s a reflection of character.

As the owner and designer of Remarkable by Tiffany, where I create custom jerseys, shirts, and even a pet collection, my drive comes from a deep love for seeing people light up when they wear something that represents them. Every design I make is personal—every stitch tells a story. It takes long nights, attention to detail, and a level of care you can’t fake.

I get my work ethic from knowing that excellence is the one thing you can control. Whether it’s a big custom order, a rush project, or a new product line, I show up the same way every time—with purpose, gratitude, and pride in my craft. That’s not just business for me—it’s legacy work.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I’m the proud owner and designer behind Remarkable by Tiffany, a custom apparel brand that brings creativity, personality, and purpose to life through design. What started as a small passion project for family and friends has evolved into a brand that celebrates individuality — creating everything from custom jerseys, shirts, and accessories to a growing pet collection that allows even our furry family members to match in style.

What makes Remarkable by Tiffany special is the personal touch behind every design. I don’t just make shirts; I create pieces that tell stories — for birthdays, school spirit, sports teams, graduations, businesses, and community events. Every order represents love, pride, and connection, and that’s what fuels my creative fire.

Right now, I’m expanding the brand to include more lifestyle and pet collections, as well as exclusive holiday and community-inspired drops. My vision is to keep evolving while staying true to my roots — blending creativity with heart, and fashion with meaning.

Remarkable by Tiffany is more than a business to me; it’s a reflection of hard work, faith, and the joy that comes from making people feel seen, celebrated, and confident in what they wear.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Looking back, the three qualities that shaped my journey most are consistency, creativity, and connection.

Consistency taught me discipline — showing up even on the days I didn’t feel inspired. Success doesn’t happen overnight; it’s built by staying true to your craft, one design, one order, and one customer at a time.

Creativity is the heartbeat of my brand. It’s not just about making something look good — it’s about telling a story through color, detail, and design. I’ve learned that creativity grows when you give yourself permission to experiment and fail forward.

Connection is what ties it all together. Whether I’m designing for a family event, a school team, or a business, it’s about people. Building real relationships and treating every client like family has helped my brand grow in ways that marketing never could.

For anyone starting out — stay consistent even when it’s quiet, keep your creativity alive by learning new things, and never forget that relationships are your real currency. The work will speak for itself when your heart stays in it.

Tell us what your ideal client would be like?

My ideal client is someone who values creativity, quality, and heart. They come to me not just for a shirt or jersey, but for something that represents who they are — their story, their team, their family, or their purpose. They appreciate the small details, the personal touch, and the time it takes to make something truly unique.

What makes a client ideal for me is collaboration and trust. I love working with people who share their vision and then allow me to bring it to life in my own creative way. Whether it’s a business owner wanting branded apparel, a parent celebrating their child’s milestone, or someone wanting to honor a loved one — my best clients are those who see the value in custom work and the emotion behind every design.

At the end of the day, my ideal client isn’t defined by budget or status — it’s someone who believes in supporting small businesses, values originality, and wears their story proudly.
