Meet Tiffany Tillman

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tiffany Tillman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tiffany below.

Hi Tiffany, we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
Great question! I developed my confidence and self-esteem honestly by program planning. If I had an idea, I would move forward with putting it together. I quickly learned for every idea you have there is at least one other person that will support your vision. I didn’t worry about the number in attendance, I celebrated a crowd of five people the same way I celebrated fifty. To see other people coming out fellowshipping and enjoying something I executed would boost by confidence tremendously. It would inspire me to maintain my uniqueness and implore what makes me happy.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
I have had my hands in many pots in the world of entrepreneurship. I’ve done Event Management and Decorations, Brick and Mortar owner, Artist Management, Life Coaching and currently I’m the Executive Producer for the Crown Me Documentary being streamed on HHNTV (Hip Hop Network TV). As of November 9th 2023, I wrote a script that’s currently be filmed in Macon GA as a movie titled Tru’s Click.!!

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I would start with Resilience being my most impactful quality. As a business owner its going to be necessary to posses the skill of not giving up. Unfortunately you’ll learn that people will let you down and nobody believes or sees your vision like you will. Secondly I would advise getting familiar with all outlets of social media! This is free marketing that you can do yourself from your cell phone. Lastly, I take time to read AND research before I make any decisions. I don’t do anything in a hurry that consists of money.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Yes, I’m looking to collaborate with other black female film makers that are producing, and directing their own productions.
