Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tim Steinruck. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Tim, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I was 13, growing up on a farm in Northern British Columbia, Canada. I was a rebellious young man who had discovered rock and roll and had recently aquired an electric guitar and amplifier. My Dad was the organist at our remote community church so music and performing had always been part of my life, However when I fell in love with bands like KISS I was accused of engaging in devil worship. One day I ran 300 feet of extension cord out to one of our grain silos and plugged in my guitar and amplifier.
I remember the moment I hit the first guitar chord as if it had happened yesterday. My world simply exploded with light, sound and geometric patterns. The sound of the loud guitar resonating through my body and the building activated something otherworldly in me. I knew in that moment exactly what I wanted to do. I knew, without a doubt, that my purpose was to work with sound, light, frequency and energy using music, my creativity and voice.
I stayed in that enlightened state for hours, playing and singing until very late into the evening. I remember clearly working with the natural reverb and resonance of the space with unparalleled joy and reverence, possibly recalling some Gothic past life. I’d found MY church.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am creative and spiritual entrepreneur. I love to create. I’m passionate about being a force for personal and global transformation, Creativity truly is the food that fuels life and can heal the world. I love to write songs that tell a powerful story which can hopefully create an opportunity to make someone’s life better. Experiencing the transformation of my life and witnessing the transformation of others lives, is truly my greatest thrill.

As a music producer, record company executive and media company president, I have the pleasure of working with many varied and unique music artists that are all at different points of their creative journey. I am passionate about every one of those experiences.
As a Success Coach I help some of those same people and others let go of the emotional blocks that keep them from the life of their dreams. I do that work myself daily. The work of transformation.
I’ve also created a very unique sound healing ceremony that has created profound personal transformation for many many people over the years.

In 2024 I will be releasing a comic book that chronicles my journey as a 13 year old and my purposeful enlightenment experience. But the story then moves to tell the fictional story of my alter-ego “The Mighty One” who becomes a superhero whose mission is to protect humanity from the digitization of their soul.
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. Gratitude.
Gratitude for everything that is beautiful but also being grateful for the challenges and the things that painful and ugly, especially in my own life. These are my greatest teachers.
2. Awareness.
Awareness and observation of myself. All the good parts of me. All the parts that need work or healing. Being aware of others, Their needs, Their gifts and their shadows. What I’m aware of in others, especially the things that make me uncomfortable, are things I must look at in my own life. After all, we are all connected.
3. Empathy and Kindness.
Now, more than ever, these qualities need to grow within all of us. Our very evolution and survival depends on it.
