Meet Tishawna Wilson Hill

We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tishawna Wilson Hill a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Tishawna, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

Our work ethics comes from a combination of personal values, upbringing, and experience. Hard work, responsibility, and reliability are things we here at Healthy Heartbeats CPR Training always believed in. At Healthy Heartbeats we are deeply committed to saving lives and empowering other with essential skill. we operate with dedication and professionalism.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

We Danny and Tishawna Hill started Healthy Heartbeats CPR Training after witnessing first hand how crucial CPR can be in emergencies. One day, while out in public, they saw someone collapse from sudden cardiac arrest. As bystanders panicked, they realized how few people knew what to do. That moment stuck with us.

We built our business on the belief that CPR training should be accessible and practical, especially in workplaces where emergencies can happen at any time. Now, as a husband-and-wife team, we are committed to equipping others with the skills to save lives—because in those critical moments, knowing CPR can mean everything.

Healthy Heartbeats CPR training we are committed to excellence and belief in the power of education. Our foundation of hard work comes from years of hands on experience, consistently training and learning to improve integrity, dedication and our genuine desire to make a difference ensuring that every student receives High-quality training that prepares them for real life emergencies. Our mission is not just about teaching CPR- it’s about fostering confidence, responsibility, and a culture of preparedness in the community.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

The most impactful journey for Healthy Heartbeats CPR has been our growth. A passion for learning into a thriving business that saves lives and empowers communities. Our journey has expanding reach and forming meaningful connections and witnessing students gain confidence in their life saving skills. Each milestone- weather training a future healthcare worker, assisting a business in Safety preparedness or helping someone save a life-has reinforced our mission and purpose of healthy Heartbeats.

Alright, so before we go we want to ask you to take a moment to reflect and share what you think you would do if you somehow knew you only had a decade of life left?

One of the biggest challenges is deciding whether to transition from part-time to Full-time jobs, with the passion and potential of our growing business is a tough decision. As demand for training increases and the impact of our work becomes more evident, We are carefully considering the financial, personal and professional implications of fully committing to our business. The journey is not just about growth- it’s about making a strategic and confident towards our vision for Healthy Heartbeats’ future.
