Meet Toni Rochelle

We were lucky to catch up with Toni Rochelle recently and have shared our conversation below.

Toni, looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

My work ethic came from not coming from anything growing up in the foster care system never knowing who my biological father is and my mother being addicted to drugs for whole childhood. I have always had to fight and work hard for everything that I ever wanted in my life. I knew in order to get what I wanted I had to work hard cause nobody ever gave me anything in my whole life.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

My brand is Ascending With Toni Rochelle

My platform is about.

Ascending through the struggle and continuing to rise, thrive and prosper. Moving on past pain, hurt and still helping to build community and overcoming all obstacles.

I am model for a boutique called Spoil boutique out of Oakland California.

I am working on my first Book.

And I just got casted in my first online sitcom. Which will air 2025

I am in a big production called Purlie Victorious playing the role of LutieBelle A young naïve maid.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Praying has been my weapon.

Ascending past my pain & struggles.

Being resilience no matter what comes against you or what cards you was delt.

Dreaming big! Imagine big!

Writing help a lot through my journey.
Writing my pros and cons of my life.
Having a grateful journal write one sentence to (3) pages sometimes.

Visually seeing things on paper is a big help.

Who is your ideal client or what sort of characteristics would make someone an ideal client for you?

Real authentic people with real stories such as divorce, losing jobs, growing up in foster care system or finding out that your uncle is really your father. Real hard life problems, who has over come Life. When life shows up I wanna know the specific of how people got through it not over it but gotta through it.
