We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Tracey Etelson Stephanie Lipp a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Tracey Etelson, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
For Tracey Etelson and Stephanie Lipp, their newest
venture, Spirit Well, was prompted by their shared
experience as longtime, professional educators in
school-based settings.
After observing the effects of stress and trauma on family
systems, they researched the field of complementary
modalities and technologies to assemble a unique variety
of services all targeted at addressing wellness as unique
as the individuals they serve.
When Tracey and Stephanie opened their Sensory
Lounge in Stuart just over a year ago, they included a
full calendar of events designed to enrich the everyday
experiences of their rapidly expanding community.
Their serene lounge and authentic health elixir bar
was curated to create an instantaneous feeling of calm
and peacefulness. Their collective of experienced
professionals from all over the world bring next level
practices to the Treasure Coast.
Whatever your existing state of health, Spirit Well
Sensory Lounge will provide new and joyous upgrades.
“Every human being is capable of existing in a joyous
state of peace and calm despite external circumstances or
internal discord. Each of us, with guidance, can transform
into a whole and happy human,” Tracey said.
“There’s nothing more satisfying than to be in service to
the transformation both individually, and collectively, of
our community’s well-being.”
For Stephanie, the transformation from a “frustrated”
public school teacher to a fulfilled co-owner of the lounge
was not by default, but instead by design.
“Though I was very loving and well-educated and my
teaching style was engaging and dynamic, the pressures
of academia prevailed,” she said, prodding her toward an
“inexplicable force” that directed her toward a Montessori
School.
“That’s where I met my mentor, Tracey Etelson, who is
now my dear friend and business partner who showed me
the tools to crack open self-love,” Stephanie said. “As an
educator whose passion and soul’s calling are to teach
children, I couldn’t develop within them what I hadn’t
developed in me. I wanted to embody unconditional love
and empowerment, and it be implicit and integrated into
the curriculum and in my life.”
“Tracey theorized Conscious Curriculum, and together
we tested it and further developed it, ourselves and the
children with our deepest and truest mission to evolve
education and human consciousness,” Stephanie said.
“I saw how being exposed to certain modalities helped
me on my path and I wanted to do that for others. This
led to a desire to open a healing center where we could
provide a safe place to support this process that speaks to
all senses, including the extrasensory.”
For Tracey, the lounge opening is the culmination of a life
filled with diverse experiences that include being raised
in the oldest, still-existing cooperative community in the
nation, obtaining an MBA degree, working as a corporate
financial executive, encountering some “catastrophic” life
events, raising three children and then finding real purpose
in launching a Montessori school.
“For the first time in her life,” Tracey said, “there was an
alignment of purpose and passion. Formidable obstacles
arose but there was also a flow that was nothing less than
Miraculous.”
The school thrived and was eventually acquired by a
large education corporation. Throughout the 25 years
of building and running the school, however, Tracey
encountered a series of spiritual influencers and pursued
a deep, wide personal study.
Finally, after following the work of Dolores
Cannon for 20 years, Tracey trained
to be a QHHT practitioner. Spirit
Well is an outlet for Tracey to fully
integrate both her spiritual and
entrepreneurial background for a
heartfelt purpose.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
I believe that my partner and I have very complimentary skill sets. Knowing how to work well together, share wisely and equitably in responsibilities was a critical skill. Because my partner and I are 20 years apart in age, we have the advantage of insight into a large span of our potential customer’s mind sets. The most important element is a shared vision, mission and value system. That is the secret to our success. It also does not hurt that we both have a killer work ethic. Don’t be afraid to acknowledge what you don’t know or aren’t good at and seek help.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
It is our greatest wish that young people who want to replicate what we are doing without the steep learning curve will reach out to us for guidance. We seek budding entrepreneurs of integrity who want to help heal our world. 772-888-2576 Stephanie and Tracey
