Traliece, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?

I believe I get my resilience from two sources: one my faith and two my family. Over the years, I have experienced many trials and adversities but, what has helped me get through many tough times has been my relationship with God and also tapping into the gift of strength that I believe I have inherited from my parents.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I am a full-time musician as well as recording artist. I provided my musically talents through my singing voice as well as my violin at private events, studio sessions, as well as providing vocal lessons to students. I am also a content creator where you can find me on Instagram, YouTube and soon TikTok. My recent single Forever Love has reached the billboard charts and I am now in the process of releasing my next single Only You. It is my passion to leave people inspired by the music I create.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

I believe the three qualities that have been impactful for me has been consistency, confidence, and also passion. I would say these three are the main qualities that have driven me and has assisted me in being successful. My advice to people is to never underestimate the gifts and talents that you possess, especially the ones that others compliment you on a regular basis and also know that no one can do it the way that you can so NEVER compare yourself to anyone! Also, be consistent. It will pay off eventually.

All the wisdom you’ve shared today is sincerely appreciated. Before we go, can you tell us about the main challenge you are currently facing?

I would say in this season in my life is creating balance between focusing on my art but, also focusing on the marketing and promotion of my business it is a balancing act. I have started using a calendar app to help me divide my time but, also creating room in my schedule for anything that may come up in the last minute.
