Meet Tricia M

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Tricia M. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Tricia, so great to have you on the platform. There’s so much we want to ask you, but let’s start with the topic of self-care. Do you do anything for self-care and if so, do you think it’s had a meaningful impact on your effectiveness?

I have a few favorite methods I like to alternate for self care. First and my most favorite, is taking baths with Epsom salt while listening to mediation audio. Frequent chiropractic visits with a back massage are a must. Can’t forget to add in those days of totally surrounding myself in nature.
Some of us in the beauty industry cater to our clients that we forget about ourselves. So getting manicures and my hair colored religiously has really made me feel good and confident as well as refreshed.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

What I offer is a type of self care that pampers and caters to various types of clients. Once they sit in my makeup chair, the relaxing begins and they start to fully unwind while enjoying me spoiling them.

I team up with different creative photographers to help bring out the best in you. We guide you on unleashing that inner confidence hiding, yet waiting to be released.

The most exciting part about enhancing someone’s beauty is when they tell me they are feeling like a celebrity, in awe of how they have this boost of confidence to do anything and go anywhere. It makes me happy to form a special relationship with my clients and I look forward to seeing them for all of their special events.

We are experimenting with exciting new locations to offer for photoshoots, stay tuned!

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

Looking back, I think working at a breakfast diner for my first job taught me a great deal about customer service.
Greeting, conversing and interacting with guests, all while making sure they felt comfortable as they dine, has guided me on how to treat my clients. I make sure to treat everyone with amazing care when sitting in my chair,

Attending art museum’s in elementary school and enrolling in different art classes through out my school years, introduced me to individual beautiful ways we can express ourselves through art. It opened my eyes to all the wonderful opportunities there are for artists.

Having an open mind and ear has allowed me to work along a multitude with the same thing in common; We all want to feel loved, treated with respect, be heard, have fun and live a stress free happy life.

Some advice I can give is to never stop learning, be willing to take constructive criticism and open to trying new career opportunities.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, I’m always looking to collaborate & partner up with ingenious individuals that want to expand their portfolio, experiment creatively, produce masterpieces and have a drive for building successful businesses!
