Meet Two The Moon

We recently connected with Two The Moon and have shared our conversation below.

Two , thanks so much for taking the time to share your insights and lessons with us today. We’re particularly interested in hearing about how you became such a resilient person. Where do you get your resilience from?
As an artist I haven’t always had the best luck my dream started with heartbreak I felt like I had nothing to lose. I got in my car in Texas and I drove west ended up in San Diego and eventually Los Angeles. In Los Angeles I was homeless living out of my 350z and sometimes not even having money to eat but still dreaming still pursuing my dreams. I get my resilience from always being ready and willing to suffer for what I love which is music nothing worth having comes easy. One day I will look back and say I am glad I was bold enough to take those risks wouldn’t be the man that I am today without my resilience and all the experiences the bad and good. To gain resilience one must also be willing to tolerate pain cause being an artist is never easy but if you are resilient enough to get through it you won’t regret it I know I haven’t.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I am Two The Moon am a Singer Songwriter Music Producer from Houston, Texas my music roots date back into my childhood I remember sneaking away into music rooms and play the piano I am self taught I can play anything near. My career as an artist started with a tragedy and a story of man who didn’t quite know his place in the world but was brave enough to discover himself after a heartbreak. I am a multi genre singer I make music in English and Spanish and the music will be anything from Reggaeton to indie alternative pop to country. I moved to Los Angeles and through struggle and poverty and determination I made it jn Los Angeles. In Los Angeles I made many connections which paved the way for me as an artist. I am a nomad I travel from place to place and network I love to experience different cultures and music. I dropped my song Solita and it did very well getting placements in Spotify’s release radar and many other playlists. I have have had the pleasure to meet artists and dj’s like Becky G, Grupo Vanguardia, Dj Awsumo, Aaryan Shah and Dj Akuarium aka Ritchie Schwab. Since those days I have traveled to many countries promoting my music even appearing on No Magazine Tokyo having my own page on the magazine flying out to Tokyo and spending 3 months there.I have been working on music videos that tell a story and have released 6 songs one featuring a grea dj and great Puerto Rican artist Fairy Muze. I have traveled the world pushing my brand and on December 24th 2024 I am releasing a new song called Find Your Way which is will be available on all platforms to stream.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
1. My fearlessness to take risks as musician is a quality that gave me my luck. You have to take risks you won’t be the best or the most equipped in all areas so you have to take risks to build up into the man or woman you imagine. Stand strong strong and determined be bold….be brave especially when you are scared sometimes the glory is on the other side of your fear don’t give up on your dreams.

2. My ability to play anything I hear makes for some amazing music production I can create literally anything I can imagine drawing inspiration from anything and everywhere creating some positive good music you can hear it in my lyrics my production it is music that is meant to lift you.

3. I had nothing to lose is a great part of my story. We often take things for granted but when you have nothing to lose it will give you strength no want could ever imagine. I needed this I didn’t want it only, because it’s really who I am an artist a singer and knowing that and knowing myself is the last quality that has given me the ability to create great music because I am experienced and have met people from many walks of life from Celebrities to people struggling.I can relate and connect to all of them we are human at the end of the day.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
At this point in my career I am looking to work with booking agents and investors to really take my career to the next level. I want to be able to go in front of a crowd big or small and give them a great show and connect with my fans. On the other hand investors would help me out tremendously as I want to shoot great music videos and have some great promotion behind me to get my music to the right audience and opportunities. Being an artist is an investment. I would like to do a feature with major artist and connect with the people who can make that happen. I want to connect with A&Rs and men and women who aren’t scared to challenge themselves and create fresh new music. I want to interview with major tv publications and continue to connect and network if you would like to to connect with me and invest in my music and craft you can email me twothemoonmusicbooking@gmail.com and you can follow me and DM on instagram @twothemoonmusic.
