We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Tyler Chronicles. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Tyler below.
Hi Tyler, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethic comes from my mother. There was never a time where she didn’t have only one job. And she always made it to every event I had. Never once complained. She always told me to work for what you want so yet you can have what you need.
Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Before I go on stage, I pray that I can make some laugh hard enough to forget about their bad day or even their bad lives, and that’s what my mission is. I was put on this earth to bring joy and spread laughter and love and it feels great to know my mission. I am on a comedy tour, I actually several comedy tours, and I will be starring in my first series on television called BMF
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Skill number one listening. Number two organization. And finally being able to read people and understand attitudes and moods
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
My mother is the most influential person in my life. She showed me the value of hard work while also showing me how to move ahead without stepping on other people. Keeping my integrity is very important and I learned that from her as well.
