Meet Tylet Cox

We recently connected with Tylet Cox and have shared our conversation below.

Tylet, thrilled to have you on the platform as I think our readers can really benefit from your insights and experiences. In particular, we’d love to hear about how you think about burnout, avoiding or overcoming burnout, etc.

I am always working to overcome burnout. When you own a business, you’re really never off the clock. Making time each day to do something I enjoy, and making sure I have a few fun trips planned throughout the year are a couple of things that I do to overcome burnout.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I am the owner and lead videographer of Farmbrook Media. I love working behind the camera to capture the important moments in people lives. Whether it’s their expression of art in a music video, or the first kiss in their wedding, every single shot is special, and I am grateful I get the opportunity to capture it.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The three skills that were most impactful in my journey were patience, persistence, and allowing yourself to fail. In whatever you do, you won’t start out perfect. Be patient, keep at it, and allow yourself to fail, because each failure is a learning opportunity.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I love networking! I am based in Columbus, Ohio, however I travel the country! Artists, wedding couples, business owners, or anyone with a vision can connect with me at www.farmbrookmedia.com!

Let’s make something special together!
