We recently connected with Utopia Satya Golden-Era and have shared our conversation below.
Utopia, so good to have you with us today. We’ve got so much planned, so let’s jump right into it. We live in such a diverse world, and in many ways the world is getting better and more understanding but it’s far from perfect. There are so many times where folks find themselves in rooms or situations where they are the only ones that look like them – that might mean being the only woman of color in the room or the only person who grew up in a certain environment etc. Can you talk to us about how you’ve managed to thrive even in situations where you were the only one in the room?
My advice would be to find common ground in goals, interests, and energetic resonance and build upon that. Find ways to bring in more diversity. More diversity = more fun. As a DJ, the events that are the most diverse in performers and crowds are the most fun. As an actress, the film sets that are the most diverse are also way more fun. Not only do you get diversity in races and genders, but diversity in skills, artistic influence, life experiences, creative methods, and talents! It’s an opportunity to learn, build and expand.
Have you ever been on a set that, behind the scenes, felt like its own movie? Or a party that felt cinematic? That’s when you have a diversity of energies, a global representation of everybody having a good time. It’s magical. Multiple lineages healing, activating, sharing love, art, good energy. It’s the Utopia we should be manifesting with our time on Earth.
That’s the whole point of the Earth experience. Main characters know this, and anybody who opposes that and tries to impose rigid status quo confinements are npcs running on the same brainwashed scripts, They will always try to make the game harder and less fun than it actually is. Once we achieve Utopia, we win the game. We all become self actualized and living out our higher purposes. Society will then become extremely advanced and pleasant for all to live in.
It’s 2025, and I hope by 2026, this question of how to be effective in a room over represented by one race, one gender, and one sexual orientation will be passé and irrelevant. Why would you only want one race to have access to self actualization? What good is that? That is dysfunctional. We all have something we can bring to the table and contribute in meaningful ways.
Hip hop, rap, and electronic music has been going strong for decades as international phenomenons precisely because of its diverse artists.
As much as I love grunge, rock, punk, and nu metal, those scenes fizzled out because (other than a few tokens,) you see the same type of people on the mic and it gets boring. The same perspectives and lyrical content over and over again. You need new artists from different backgrounds to shake things up and make things interesting. Pop culture is basically Black culture, let’s be real. Rock, house, disco, pop, country, top 40, all popular musical genres originate in Black and Brown communities that have always been inclusive to everybody. So to have rooms that are de facto gate kept by an over represented unmelanated racial monolith is a huge disservice to America’s greatest and most profitable world wide exports: its music, culture, and arts.
The global majority is BIPOC. Queerness is a spectrum. The majority of people on Earth have my skin tone. I know personally, if something is “too white” and “too cis het straight” I tend to not want to watch that movie, show, or go to that event. It’s not relatable to me, it can get boring, and many others feel this way too. You’re missing out on fans, money, international appeal and iconic status if you’re catering to tastes that represent only a small fraction of the world’s population. What good is that? You could be making billions of dollars, changing people’s lives for the better, making all people feel seen and represented, and creating legendary, award winning art that appeals on a global scale. Creative revolutions, new genres, new trends, and exciting things come from the power of diversity and unity.
I grew up in a small minded city that would pressure me to conform to small minded, small town tastes. That I could contribute as a paying consumer, bystander, or a volunteer, but not as a co creator, headliner, or a star that takes up space.
I couldn’t conform to playing small to make others comfortable. I always knew I was meant for something bigger, I’m one of few amongst my artist friends and community who played shows in LA, Toronto, India, and Bali. I was able to branch out because I know just because one city wants you to play it small and problematic, that ish won’t fly elsewhere. In order to be global, you have to think globally. The ones that tour overseas, we share this same mentality.
And to be totally honest with you, most of the time, the rooms I am in are diverse a f. And when I’m not in diverse rooms, I’m usually surrounded by likeminded people who see issue in this and use my presence as an opportunity to uplift and elevate me, give me a platform, and this in turn attracts more diverse crowds, diverse fans, more money, fun, attention, happiness, abundance, and more success. It’s win win. We live on an abundant planet where we can all thrive and shine. Those who fear someone else’s shine never had star power to begin with. Those of the light, we enjoy other bright lights around us. The more light the better.
There are 4 C’s in relationship styles, from most high vibrational to low vibrational: Collaboration, Coalition, Competition, and Conflict. Collaboration is the most productive way to function in society: as a team, working on the same goals. Coalition are people with similar values who form loose alliances but may or may not have tangible outcomes or plans. Competition is obvious, it produces some fear and spite motivated results, sometimes, but takes a lot of effort, drama, and conflict, and can feel draining. It also comes from a scarcity mindset and from the ego. Conflict is just straight up toxic and produces no viability.
So I would turn this question around and ask, what are people in unmelanated, racially monolithic rooms doing to increase their diversity and mass appeal on a global scale? How are you going to attract someone like me, an iconic, international it girl, to care about what you’re doing? Or better yet, to bring my fabulousness to the party and collaborate to create something legendary?
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I’m writing this from a mansion near the Bridle Path in Toronto Canada. The guesthouse wing of the property sometimes hosts psychedelic therapy retreats (https://breakthrough-therapies.com) and I have been living in the main house for a month.
I would like to shout out Tricia Bacchus from Luminous Vacations for setting me up in this super nice space (Instagram @luminousvacationrentals). I have been travelling the world for 6 months. I circumnavigated the globe. I went from LA to India to Bali, DJing, going on spiritual and musical adventures, and exploring my Vedic roots (I am Indian Fijian). I lived in a Hindu temple in Ubud Bali, multimillion dollar villas in Jimbaran, and marble houses in Auroville India. From the manicured jungles of my luxury condo in downtown LA to deep in the jungles and rice fields of Asia. Tricia has been amazing at helping me during this time, finding accommodations in her largely upscale roster. If you have property you would like managed, or a nice place to stay, contact her! To be honest, after living out of suitcases for months, I am mostly taking it easy and resting. I have some paperwork to do in Toronto and then I am likely travelling again. America is kind of a mess politically and I want to give it some space until it can sort itself out. This isn’t easy because Los Angeles is home and I miss it so much. I pray for LA everyday. Ya’ll keep sending me invites to red carpets, parties, DJ gigs and opportunities on set. My LA friends message me and check on me the most. I miss LA so much. So thankful. I will be back soon.
I’m hoping to do some events in Toronto while I am here, but for now I am lounging by my waterfall infinity pool and being in nature. I meditate by the river on my property and in the forest. I take a lot of jacuzzi baths. I thank the universe everyday. I would like to collaborate more with Luminous Vacations and other companies and do brand deals. LA was getting very hectic before I left, so it’s nice to relax. India was very intense. I discovered my love for Bali. Solo travelling for months, especially as a woman, is quite the experience.
In LA I do Manifestation Ecstatic Dances at Flowlife Sanctuary in Venice (Instagram @sanctuaryvenice). It’s a spiritual community hub, in a beautiful, high vibrational space. Every Thursday is Ecstatic Dance, and there are usually other dance events during the week. There is also yoga, workshops, and Sunday service. When I DJ, I like to pick a theme and play music revolving around that topic. Themes like success, love, fame, abundance, etc. We transmute party energy into manifestations and it’s powerful and fun.
I discovered a really great party in Toronto called Sublunar Community Arts Society (Instagram @sublunar_society) and I enjoyed going to their full moon party and summer solstice rave. It’s a lovely diverse community, queer and BIPOC friendly. I DJed for them July 10 2025 at Christie Pits in Toronto. Then again at a secret underground forest rave August 9 2025.

I met a lovely, talented dancer and model who accompanied my Christie Pits performance. Her name is Susanna Simone (Instagram: @susannaxsimone). She’s statuesque and beautiful. I can see her doing really well in LA, dancing for Beyonce and Doja Cat one day! Would be so dope.
I am trying to bring that LA energy to Toronto, where we put each other on, so we can get famous and rich together and celebrate.
In Bali, I enjoyed a Tantrik Yoni group manifestation ritual by Desi Tantrika Rimsha Warda (Instagram @thejaguarwoman). I highly suggest you sign up for her courses and go to her events. I felt like a brand new woman. Rejuvenated and activated!
I love Mudra Cafe and Sun Wu Kong Guesthouse and temple! In the adjacent restolounge is where I played a DJ set. I was given free reign to play whatever I wanted, so I played mostly my own music, my song Fijian Hindi, my remix of Coi Leray Bops x Tip Tip Barsa Paani (popular Bollywood song) x MIA and Travis Scott Franchise, MIA’s Matangi, Diljit Dosanjh’s Vibe, and other Desi music mixed with house music and K Pop. It was really exciting to see Indonesian people and foreigners alike vibe to Indian music, as Indonesians are mixed with Indian ancestry and carry that lineage with Sanskrit names and Balinese Hinduism.

Speaking of which, I’ve been going as DJ Utopia in the Western hemisphere, and DJ Satya Yuga in the East.
Satya Yuga is Sanskrit for Golden Era of Truth.
A time that is foretold in the Vedas, of love and happiness being the dominant vibrations. The frequencies of love become so high, that positive thoughts manifest instantly.
Technology becomes very advanced and frees humans from labor, and everything becomes free. It’s not capitalism and it’s not socialism, it’s literally just freedom.
Who would you be and what would you do if there was no need for money? If society was open source and AI and automation grew, harvested, prepared and delivered fresh and healthy food, and luxury homes were 3D printed using hemp crete? School was free and you could 3D print musical instruments, DJ equipment, and home studios! You could design outfits using apps and instantly have them created for the jungle beach rave you are attending. And a Waymo type car comes to pick you and your friends up, already stocked with Matcha Thai ice teas!!! I could go on like this forever….
But yeah, this is the ultimate dream and what I am manifesting and moving towards. I think everybody should be given a choice of how they want to live, in what kind of society that works best for them. I’m manifesting my own tropical island where I can create this type of ultra fun, creative, love based, highly technologically advanced society of peace and relaxation.
I personally do not enjoy the high volatility of capitalism. It’s too erratic, complicated, and stressful. The highs are great, so why don’t we focus on that and create a system with zero poverty? We live on an abundant planet that can provide for all.
And those who want to live in 3D dualistic capitalism can continue to do so. I understand if a highly technological, luxurious Utopia of ease, fun, and love is not everybody’s cup of tea. Well no, I don’t understand how the aforementioned could not be seen as appealing, but like I mentioned earlier, some people are straight up NPCs and are programmed by the matrix to stay in dysfunctional looping mindsets and lives. But honestly, I don’t really care. I just want the freedom to live my life the way that I envision it, and have a community of likeminded people who would like to join me and contribute to this.
Nobody would be forced to live in my Techno Utopian Society. Freewill, baby.
I guarantee it would be the most revolutionary, cinematic, creative, and movie like experience ever. Hollywood, are you listening? Maybe you should message me about helping me produce a sizzle reel/pilot and funding this project. I would assume the most creative and progressive amongst you would love this and people would be addicted to tuning in to see what happens. I have a cast. Location ideas. I can do up a pitch deck.

So yeah, travelling around, a lot of people, in every place I’ve been to, agrees that we have shifted into the Aquarian era and the transition to Satya Yuga is here.
The last election was a choose your own adventure option of 2 timelines:
1. The Kamala Harris, gradual transition into Satya Yuga, or
2. Trump harsh end to Kali Yuga, then transition to Satya Yuga
Kamal DEVI Harris’ name is no coincidence, Devi means Goddess in Sanskrit, Kamala means Lotus, which is also a name for Lakshmi, the Goddess of Wealth and Abundance. Bashar also spoke about these timelines. A lot of my friends have left LA, just being real. Some have even left America altogether. It’s an iffy time. Much love to those who are staying.
So anyways, I could go on and on about this, perhaps I should just go back to discussing my travels and Bali…. I did live in a jungle temple for a month where I meditated and prayed a lot. I received many downloads and initiations. Participated in lots of magic and rituals.
Sometimes the spiritual energy was intense and palpable. I sensed the presence of the Goddesses and Gods on the premises of the temple. We would telepathically communicate. One time, I sensed Maha Kali and asked her to reveal herself to me. She led me to a mirror and told me there she was, in my reflection. And that all my benevolent ancestors were also present in this cosmic communication, present in the reflection of this temple mirror where I stared at myself in awe.
Other times, the energy was peaceful and relaxing. But either way, I enjoyed it and found it pleasant. The night air with the lingering scent of Balinese incense was otherworldly. Putting jungle flowers of the statues of Ganesha. I thanked him everyday.
The matriarchy and animal friends of Sun Wu Kong Temple took really great care of me, where we did multiple pujas a day. I gave offerings and incense on a daily basis. They do tilak with rice. I miss looking at the stars at night in the court yard of the temple, which is in the middle of a jungle. The energy there is wonderful. It really did feel like a movie. The lighting was perfect. The weather, perfect.
India was intense. I enjoyed Matrimandir in Auroville, I DJed in Chennai but to be honest, I did not enjoy the experience that much. I am grateful that I got to experience DJing in the motherland and I am willing to give India a second chance sometime in the future. However, it is not ideal as a solo female traveller. India’s attitude towards Indian women needs to upgrade. It’s carrying a lot of generational trauma from victorian era colonialism and I pray that India ascends from this haze and returns to its once abundant, wealthy, powerful, and prosperous glory. I did go to many temples and pujas in India as well. The food is amazing, I must say. I just wish there was more diversity in food in India. Bali was great for that. But the best Indian food is obviously in India. I happen to be obsessed with all things matcha flavored and couldn’t find matcha latte, matcha chocolate, or Thai ice teas in India.
While I am on this subject, Indonesian food is delicious. Sambal Matah! Matcha is everywhere! Honey Pisang chips! Japanese Oat Milk!!! Yava Coconut Banana Granola Bites!!!! I was staying at a multimillion dollar villa in Jimbaran and that is its own story….
Let’s manifest salt water pools for all the hotties, from Bali to India to Toronto to LA. I managed to, but I would like to manifest this experience permanently for myself, and for my friends as well, and my future friends. I am envisioning a group of super hot queer women of color, boss babes, and we all live these fabulously abundant lives doing whatever we want. We listen to music by the pool, in the hot tub, I DJ parties in our luxurious accommodations, all our friends are interesting, high vibrational people, doing interesting, high vibrational things. I would like to have a wife. We cuddle lots and build an empire, support each other, and we are each other’s biggest fans. Money and wealth comes from out of nowhere, not sure how, and I don’t really care, because magic is what matters and linear occurring logic is overrated. My Indian ancestors were wealthy a f prior to colonialism and I know the secrets as to how they did this, and so far the universe has been treating me really good as I manifest a nice life. I am thankful and pray to continue this pattern and help others. I am manifesting a fully 5D energy life.
I make guitar based music as well, under the name Nova Utopia in the genres of grunge, skate punk, and psychedelic alternative rock. I’ve had a band in previous years that I would like to start again and record an album. I’m just manifesting some funds to do that. Send me some money universe!!! Ideally I would love to live in a mansion with some friends and make this happen.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
1. Self love
2. Confidence
3. Commitment to reprogramming your brain and not paying attention to outside influence, negativity, and npcs.
When you are a super unique individual on a rare path, it might get lonely. It’s not as easy to relate to others. Some might be jealous. You have to filter out the nonsense and keep your eyes on the prize. Focus on what really matters.
Jealousy is for idiots. Smart people will see someone they are intrigued by, befriend them and learn from them.
Find some likeminded people. Easier said than done. Even if it’s just a few people. It’s all that matters. Journal a lot. Writing your thoughts and ideas helps to organize them and manifest your goals.
Plant seeds of positivity everywhere you go. Even if the 3D is not responding at times. Be so stubborn that it has no choice but to bend and flow to your frequency. Move around, travel. Get rid of monitoring spirits who spy but don’t support, and trade them for supporters, true friends, fans, people who genuinely want to see you thrive and help you anyway they can, and reciprocate that energy back to them because those type of people are GOLD.
Avoid narcissists at all costs. They are the biggest npcs and time wasters of all. NPD = NPC. If others wanna waste their time rallying around a narc, let them. Focus on tending to your own garden. Main characters are literally on a mission. F**k boys will have sex with anything because they are npcs too. And they target main characters and use other npcs to try to make us jealous. Transmute it into power. Write a song about it. Send a giant email being totally honest, and picture that negative energy leaving you forever. Now’s it’s f**k boy narcissist’s baggage, not yours. Heal heal heal.
Gay literally means happy. Being queer will allow you to live your best life. We all have queer thoughts. If you are open to them, explore them. It will open a whole new dimension to your life. We are programmed from birth to be cis het and straight. Any agenda the matrix pushes is sus af. Explore all other options and do what resonates. Many straight people are weird and toxic, just being honest. Many are actually queer but for whatever reason, can’t be honest about it, and it comes out as toxic behaviours. Toxic cycles are a waste of time. Why not just live your best life instead?
Hurting people, playing games, and breaking hearts is bad karma and npc trauma loop behaviour. It’s not cool and there is a karmic price to pay. Just be loving and real instead.
Have very strict boundaries with npcs. Some might be able to help with side quests, but mainly, find the other main characters. They will help you end generational trauma cycles and start positive patterns instead. And they won’t do this by testing you. They will just do the work, alongside you.
They will be different from what you are used to, Perhaps outside your comfort zone, because you are so used to trauma bonding and other toxic matrix nonsense. Give main characters a chance. We’re all in this together.

I’m manifesting people who are obsessed with the future. Do you see future timelines of positivity, high technology, Utopian civilizations? Fully automated AI freeing humans from labor?
Do you acknowledge capitalism has outlived its usefulness and is outdated, obsolete and holding humanity back?
That we need new systems!
Progressive, future forward ideas like:
– Karma Coin: a digital reparations coin
– hoverboards that use either magnets to repel the electromagnetic energy of the Earth/the inner core Earth magnet, or sound technology, or both
We create a luxurious tropical commune where we develop these ideas and much more, and by night we party. DJ dance parties, we jam and make music, documentaries, make art, swim, meditate, do yoga, longboard, all sorts of dope, revolutionary ish, and manifest a future timeline of abundance, ease, happiness and love. Everyday is super fun, rejuvenating, and inspirational. We also take time to rest and relax.
Ambitious a f, creative visionaries, with abundant and positive mindsets, who are into equality and supporting light and love energy.
