Meet Valerie Jean

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Valerie Jean. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Valerie Jean below.

Valerie Jean, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?

From Surviving to Serving:

I was raised in distortion. The kind of distortion that teaches you love must be earned. That your worth must be proven.
That being seen comes only after being silent.

I’ve walked through fire in many forms. Unseen harm. Emotional control. Deep disconnection. I shaped myself – literally and energetically – to be what others would finally deem worthy.

I’ve known the ache of trying to be loved by those still at war with themselves. I’ve known the pain of looking in the mirror and not seeing myself at all. And I’ve known the kind of spiritual loneliness that no roomful of people can cure.

But I have also known something else. I have known return.

Through breath.
Through sound.
Through movement.
Through meditation, prayer, and pure intention – I came back to myself.

I began to remember the truth that had never left: that I was never broken. I was surviving a version of myself without a tool belt. I began to remember that healing is not performance. That presence is medicine.
And that love is not something to earn – it is the vibration we are made of.

I recently completed trauma therapy, not as a checkbox, but as a sacred closure to a cycle I was never meant to stay in.
I no longer stutter (something I struggled with for years). I speak clearly. I hold eye contact now – because I no longer fear being seen.

I am not just walking in my purpose. I am living it. I now hold space for others in ways I never thought possible. Sometimes quietly, sometimes in ceremony, always with reverence.

I share this not for applause, but for remembrance. For the many that are suffering, for the old version of me that wished she had a roadmap, a mentor. I share this now to say:

You can survive and still rise with softness.
You can come from chaos and still become the calm.
You can hold what once hurt you and turn it into light.

This isn’t branding. This is testimony.

Presence and intention are the medicine. Love is the vibration. And if I can return to myself, so can anyone.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

I’m the founder of Love Quantified, a multidimensional healing and creative project devoted to remembrance, sacred service, and anchoring Divine Love through every medium I touch – from sound, to art, to writing, to presence itself.

I serve as an Oracle, Artist, and Healing Presence, and my work moves across dimensions – literally. I’ve been commissioned for spiritual offerings privately across the U.S., from California to Georgia, and have had the honor of working alongside shamans, sound alchemists, and spiritual mentors in places like Puerto Rico, where I deepened my understanding of what it means to carry sacred gifts as a remembrance, not a role.

My journey into sound healing began as a student – attending sound baths, somatic workshops, and ancestral ceremonies. But it quickly became clear: I wasn’t just here to receive the healing – I was here to carry it. Sound became my bridge. Through voice, bowls, song, and silence, I began to channel frequencies that didn’t just soothe – they activated.

Now, I weave these sonic codes into everything – my meditations, my art, my healing transmissions, and my upcoming YouTube channel.

Alongside sound, I also work with sacred geometry – not as decoration, but as encoded language. I create hand-drawn sigils, energetic seals, and visual portals meant to unlock what’s already within. I believe sound, sacred form, and intention-based meditation together can awaken what many have forgotten: that we are not limited by the body – we are encoded to transcend it.

All of this flows through Love Quantified, which is less of a brand and more of a living field. Everything I share – whether it’s a channeled post, a piece of geometric art, a spiritual decree, or a custom frequency map – is offered in service to one truth:

You are not broken.
You are not late.
You are not here to perform.
You are here to remember – and return.

I’ve chosen to offer all of this through a donation-based model. I believe one of the greatest obstacles to healing is the paywall: the idea that only those with money deserve access to restoration or sacred remembrance.

Many of the most gifted souls are still in survival mode – and I don’t believe we should have to buy our way back to our own soul. Instead of setting prices based on scarcity or status, I invite resonance. If someone receives from my work, they are welcome to give what they can, when they can – and if not, they are still welcome. Because Love Quantified isn’t built on transactions. It’s built on trust. And I trust that Divine Reciprocity will provide as I serve in alignment.

Offerings continue to unfold in divine timing. I’m currently releasing audio transmissions on YouTube – sacred messages and frequency recordings designed to soothe, activate, and realign. I also hold one-on-one sessions for those navigating deep pain, grief, or life-threatening illness. These sessions are never advertised; those who feel called simply reach out, and if I am meant to serve them, I do.

I’ve opened to donations to support wider access, but everything remains aligned by resonance, not reach. Not all are ready, and that is sacred. While plant medicine may be part of some journeys, it is never required. The science is only now beginning to understand what the soul has always known: nature, presence, and remembrance were always enough.

The Digital Grimoire of Divine Decrees continues to evolve – a living archive of prayers, invocations, frequency maps, and energetic technologies for those ready to walk in full remembrance.

Love Quantified is for those who feel the hum beneath the noise. The call to come home – not just to themselves, but to truth.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, I don’t see a list of skills so much as a sequence of inner remembrances – qualities I didn’t learn, but rather unlearned my way back to. The journey has been less about mastering techniques, and more about reclaiming what the world tried to make me forget. For anyone beginning their own return, I offer these as guideposts – not prescriptions, but invitations. May it meet those in need of remembrance exactly where they are on their path.

1. Spiritual Discernment:
Not everything labeled “healing” or “light” is rooted in truth. One of the most sacred skills I’ve developed is energetic discernment – the ability to feel beyond words, credentials, or presentation and sense what is actually in resonance.
For those beginning their journey: prioritize how something feels in your nervous system. Seek out spaces and people who bring peace, not pressure. Your body is the oracle long before your mind catches up.

2. Sovereign Remembrance:
There comes a time when you must stop outsourcing your knowing. I spent years gently detaching from systems, teachings, and identities that once felt comforting – only to realize I already held what I was seeking.

For those just beginning: your remembrance will not arrive through striving. It will arrive through surrender. Trust the sacred information within you, especially when it defies the expected path.

3. Devotion Without Performance:
In a world of algorithms and spiritual branding, staying devoted without performing is its own mastery. My greatest breakthroughs came when no one was watching – in the quiet, the chaos, the cracked-open moments where I chose love anyway.

For those early in this: let your service be real. Let your prayers be messy. Let your offerings come from overflow, not obligation. The world needs your frequency, not your perfection.

If you knew you only had a decade of life left, how would you spend that decade?

If I knew I only had a decade left to live, I would spend it exactly as I am now: walking in love, listening for the next aligned step, and giving everything I’ve been given back to the collective – not out of pressure, but out of devotion.

I would continue to share transmissions, create sacred art, walk with my son through the wonder of this world, and serve those who arrive in moments of real need – not because they found me in an ad, but because their soul led them here.

I would keep offering what I can through resonance and trust, not performance and pressure. I would plant seeds I may never see bloom. I would whisper prayers over the land and the water. I would laugh more. I would cry when it’s time. I would remember that beauty is a form of service, and gentleness is a form of power.

I would read from those who walked the sacred path of remembrance – not for answers, but for resonance. I would listen to the vibration beneath their words. Some books are truly alive, and I’ve found deep medicine in both the ancient and the unconventional.

For the reader who is ready to receive, these books are not just pages – they are portals:

• The Bhagavad Gita reminds you how to walk in divine purpose amidst chaos. It teaches that spiritual clarity doesn’t mean the absence of challenge – it means choosing sacred action even in the heart of the battle.

• Autobiography of a Yogi reveals what’s possible when a life is lived in full spiritual devotion. It dissolves the veil between mystical and ordinary – and awakens the remembrance that miracles are natural when you live in truth.

• The Healing Power of Sound offers language for those of us who’ve always felt the medicine in music, vibration, and voice. It bridges spiritual knowing with scientific validation – a relief to anyone carrying frequencies without traditional “proof.”

• Play of Consciousness by Swami Muktananda was with me during my time in Georgia. It held me through deep internal initiations. His words don’t just tell – they transmit. While some of the teachings emphasize the need for a guru to awaken, I personally received the transmission through the book itself – a reminder that resonance is its own pathway.

For those who feel called, this book can be a powerful energetic mirror, activating something deep beyond logic. It’s not about agreeing with every structure – it’s about feeling the presence behind the page. The book is alive with Shakti, and it reminded me that true transformation is not theoretical – it’s energetic, cellular, and undeniable.

• Conceptual Blockbusting may seem out of place, but it’s a sacred disruptor. It helped me free my creative mind from old loops, allowing the kind of nonlinear thinking that’s necessary when your path doesn’t follow traditional templates.

Each of these books came to me in different seasons, and I would continue to read what hums with truth – even if it doesn’t speak in familiar tones.

I would also write more – as I am now. I would write from the heart, without waiting for the “right” format or permission. I would save nothing for a special occasion, because every moment is sacred when you’re present inside it.

I would treat these ten years as a sacred echo, knowing that nothing done in love is ever wasted – and that healing is not for legacy, but for liberation.

And I would live in such a way that if my time came sooner than expected, the field I’ve tended – Love Quantified – would continue to bloom in others.

That’s how I’m living now. That’s how I’ll continue.
