Meet Venisha Arnold

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Venisha Arnold. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Venisha, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
Well, NEVER SETTLE! Persistence is The Key! Let’s start from the logo of my nonprofit Persistence is The Key! Life is what you make it, be it unto your faith. If there is something you want Make It Happen! I am a very spiritual person. So if you combine my faith with my persistence I WILL ALWAYS WIN! There is NOTHING I can’t have if I believe by persisting onward. Once you determine what you want in life, plan your attack and attack your plan! But to answer your question my resilience comes from my parents everything I have accomplished today is from  God and the love, prayers, support and guidance from my parents.

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
My first nonprofit Persistence is The Key! A Nonprofit Organization My podcast named after my first nonprofit Persistence is The Key! The Podcast!
Then, I launched a scholarship fund The Arnold Foundation named in memoriam of My Father. I plan to give away the inaugural scholarships in Fall 2023.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Figure out what you want. You’re a different person at age 25, 30 and 35. But first know who you are and know what you want, develop a plan and move forward.

Awesome! Really appreciate you opening up with us today and before we close maybe you can share a book recommendation with us. Has there been a book that’s been impactful in your growth and development?
The Bible. I also enjoyed 48 Laws of Power and The Alchemist.
