We were lucky to catch up with Veronica Camarena recently and have shared our conversation below.
Veronica, we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
We are born with 1 purpose, but it takes time to figure it out. Well atleast for me it did. I always loved teaching, as a young girl I would set up a chalkboard at home and chairs for my sisters to sit on. My sisters were my first students, I would teach them & give them homework. I began working summers at age 14 where I was a teacher assistant in a kindergarten class. Later as an adult I went to college & became a teacher for my career. Currently we have a school for adults to come learn about Jesus, their purpose, and fulfill their assignment. I also go to teach where Iam invited in big gatherings infront of hundreds or 1 one 1. I have always loved to see someone grow, to see them walk away lit up excited they gained knowledge and ready to go apply it. For me, it’s a joy to see people succeed. A few times I performed other forms of work but I wouldn’t find satisfaction like I did while I taught someone, whether it was 1 one 1 or in a group settings. Jesus started to highlight to me you are the happiest when your teaching, that is your purpose.
Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a common women who loves Jesus and people, I enjoy sitting down and learning, but also imparting wisdom, encouragement to others through out the world. I enjoy seing people grow in their business, ministries, with their family & motivating people to have the abundant life Jesus wants us to have while living with purpose.
There is only one of you, You are needed, You matter.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Be humble. We are never at a point where we know it all, so be willing to learn from others specially those who are successful in the area you desire to grow.
Let go of mistakes and keep trying.

The Holy Bible has been my number 1 book. Jesus has left us so much love, wisdom to help us live this life He gave us. We find Him, His truth, His wisdom & how much He loves us in the Holy Bible. It is our manual for life.
