We recently connected with Veronica Winther and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Veronica, appreciate you sitting with us today to share your wisdom with our readers. So, let’s start with resilience – where do you get your resilience from?
I think my resilience comes from an inner knowing that this life is so much more than what we’re led to believe. I’ve been through my share of challenges, but I’ve always felt this steady connection to God — like a quiet strength inside me that reminds me I’m never really alone. That’s what carries me through the hard moments. It’s a mix of faith, perspective, and a trust that everything has purpose, even if I can’t see it yet. That connection keeps me grounded and gives me the courage to keep moving forward.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
At BellaVee, we’ve just launched something I’m really excited about — the Monthly Mood Candle Club, the Monthly Mood Crystal Club, and the Monthly Mood Box Club. Each one is designed to be a little surprise from the universe, with an Oracle card pull that guides the creation — whether that’s a candle, a crystal, or a full ritual box. It’s a chance for every person to receive their own unique message and energy for the month, and to bring that intention into their daily life.
What excites me most about BellaVee is that it’s more than a brand — it’s a guide for helping people connect inward. Life is full of transitions and shifts, and my hope is that BellaVee can be a soft landing for anyone walking through those moments. The tools and products we create — from candles to malas to ritual boxes — are meant to support, uplift, and remind you of your own connection to something greater. BellaVee is about beauty, energy, and a gentle invitation to care for yourself in meaningful ways.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Looking back, some of the most impactful skills and qualities in my journey have been resilience, the trial-and-error process, organization, and staying aligned with my own energy.
Resilience and trial-and-error have truly shaped me. As grueling as it can feel at times, the process of trying, failing, and trying again is what builds real experience. My advice is to not fear mistakes — they’re actually the stepping stones to your best work.
Organization has been a game-changer. I’ll admit, it hasn’t always come naturally to me, but learning to create systems and stay on top of things has made such a difference. If you already have this skill, you’re ahead of the curve — and if not, it’s absolutely worth investing time into.
Another big one for me has been learning to stay in alignment with my own energy, instead of trying to keep up with someone else’s story or momentum. Your journey is unique, and when you chase someone else’s pace, it only leads to burnout. Following what feels truthful and real for you is what keeps the fire alive.
Finally, embracing tools and technology — from apps and plug-ins to networking — has been an invaluable skill. Staying curious and open to learning new systems has helped me grow BellaVee in ways I never could have imagined.

Is there a particular challenge you are currently facing?
One of the biggest obstacles for me has been allowing myself and BellaVee to truly be seen. For a long time, I held back out of fear of visibility, but now I feel ready to step into marketing and share this brand on a national — even international — scale. I’m confident in what BellaVee represents and I know the energy it carries will reach the right people, helping them feel loved, held, calm, and safe. That part excites me more than it scares me now.
Another obstacle has been wearing all the hats — being the creator, the marketer, the sales team, and everything in between. It can be overwhelming at times, but it’s also been one of the greatest teachers. I’ve learned to build systems, get more organized, and open myself up to support instead of trying to do everything alone.
Both of these challenges — the fear of being seen and the weight of doing it all — have stretched me, but they’ve also shaped me into the businesswoman and guide I’m becoming. They remind me that growth is uncomfortable, but it’s also where the magic happens.
