We were lucky to catch up with Vibha Sharma recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Vibha, really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?
My journey to becoming a Holistic Spiritual, Personal Transformation, and Mindful Leadership Coach is woven into the fabric of my life experiences. Throughout my existence, I found myself playing the roles of a support system, a coach, and an advisor for family and friends. People gravitated toward me for advice, feeling at ease sharing their problems and exploring solutions together. It became apparent that, without consciously realizing it, I had been a catalyst for positive change in the lives of those around me. Feedback began to echo a consistent theme: in the midst of casual conversations during events or get-togethers, people discovered valuable insights for pivotal life decisions or were inspired to embark on creative endeavors like writing a book.
Recognizing that guiding others towards solutions came naturally to me, and fueled by my long-standing passion for personal development and spirituality, I decided to take the plunge into professional coaching. I immersed myself in certifications, equipping myself with the tools to assist clients across a spectrum of challenges.
On this journey, the daily affirmation of positive feedback from clients serves as a compass, validating my purpose and mission. It’s a harmonious fusion of innate inclination, learned expertise, and an unwavering commitment to helping others unlock their full potential. Life’s twists and turns led me here, and every client success story is a testament to the alignment of my passion with a profound sense of purpose.
Please tell our readers about what you do, what you feel is most exciting or special about it, as well as anything else you’d like folks to know about your brand/art/etc. If relevant, please also tell our readers about anything new (events, product/service launches, expansion, etc)
In the realm of mindful leadership, personal transformation, and navigating the corporate waters alongside high-level executives, my brand isn’t merely a service—it’s an immersive experience. I specialize in collaborating with individuals, particularly high-level executives and C-level executive women, to curate a journey that transcends the ordinary.
As a coach, I embrace the role of a Holistic Spiritual Guide, honing in on Personal Transformation and Mindful Leadership. What distinguishes my brand is its steadfast commitment to mindful leadership—an approach intricately weaving self-awareness, empathy, and strategic vision into the very fabric of executive and personal development.
For me, working with high-level executives isn’t just a professional facet; it’s a fervent passion. There’s an exhilarating thrill in partnering with individuals at the pinnacle of their fields, guiding them through the intricate dance between professional triumphs and personal fulfillment.
Now, let’s shine the spotlight on C-level executive women. In a landscape where leadership dynamics are evolving, empowering and uplifting women in executive roles is pivotal. My coaching transcends the traditional narrative—it’s about breaking glass ceilings and crafting a blueprint for sustainable success. It’s about fostering resilience and ensuring that every step forward is a celebration of authenticity and achievement.
But the journey doesn’t halt there. We delve into the intricacies of stress management, providing tools to navigate stormy seas with calm assurance. Conflict resolution becomes an art, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and collaboration. Performance isn’t just about achieving goals; it’s about surpassing them with finesse.
Confidence, that magnetic force propelling leaders forward, becomes a cornerstone. We sculpt it, and nurture it until it emanates from within. Amid the hustle and bustle, self-care becomes non-negotiable. True success isn’t just reaching the summit; it’s relishing the journey, ensuring every stride is a testament to personal well-being.
To manage daily stress self-care is extremely important. In the world of self-care, prioritizing mental health stands out as paramount. An essential practice I advocate for is the integration of daily meditation into our routines. A common refrain from those I work with is, “I want to meditate, but I don’t know how,” or “I’ve tried meditation, but it just doesn’t work for me.” I find solace in helping them navigate this seemingly elusive practice, witnessing a transformative shift in their daily well-being.
Guiding hundreds of individuals through meditation, I’ve observed a common starting point: the initial hesitation or belief that meditation is beyond their reach. However, with a bit of direction and a gentle challenge, a profound change occurs. Witnessing this transformation fuels my gratitude for being able to impart the gift of meditation.
I often commence with short 2-3-5 minute daily meditation sessions, easing participants into the practice. Following the guided meditation, I encourage them to extend their meditation, allowing the lingering sense of inner peace and calm to settle in. This process has proven immensely effective in altering their daily emotional landscape.
My book, “Turn Within – Reconnect with Your Inner Peace and Well-being,” delves into the profound impact of incorporating this life-changing practice. It serves as a guide for seamlessly integrating meditation into our lives, emphasizing the potential for inner peace and enhanced well-being. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08F2PGXVR?fbclid=IwAR1_CeIutq-yUzRE3tyhn_FQJrVJuEt9DPS7_p5cFZ1D6hGm0-VJWvj1aZ8

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Reflecting on the journey, three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge stand out like guiding stars:
Adaptability: The ability to pivot, flex, and adapt has been a game-changer. The terrain of coaching, especially in the realms of personal transformation and leadership, is ever-shifting. Being open to new ideas, approaches, and embracing change has allowed me to stay relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of my clients.
Advice: Cultivate a mindset of curiosity. Seek out diverse perspectives, be willing to unlearn and relearn, and treat challenges as opportunities for growth.
Empathy: Understanding the nuanced tapestry of human emotions is a superpower. Empathy forms the bedrock of effective coaching, allowing me to connect authentically with clients, comprehend their struggles, and guide them with genuine understanding.
Advice: Practice active listening. Put yourself in others’ shoes, strive to understand their experiences, and approach every interaction with a genuine desire to connect.
Continuous Learning: The world of personal development, spirituality, and leadership is a dynamic landscape. Staying hungry for knowledge, pursuing ongoing education, and keeping abreast of industry trends has been crucial.
Advice: Be a perpetual student. Whether through formal education, reading, or engaging with mentors, always seek to expand your knowledge. Embrace a growth mindset that sees every challenge as an opportunity to learn.
For those just starting their journey:
Embrace Failure: Failure is not the end but a stepping stone to success. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes; they are often the best teachers.
Build a Network: Connect with individuals who inspire you or are further along in a similar journey. A supportive network provides insights, mentorship, and a sense of community.
Invest in Your Skills: Identify the skills that are crucial for your chosen path and invest time and effort in honing them. This could involve formal education, workshops, or hands-on experience.
Trust the Process: Progress may not always be linear. Trust the journey, celebrate small victories, and learn from setbacks.
Remember, the journey is as important as the destination. Embrace the uncertainty, stay true to your values, and enjoy the growth that comes with each step.
