Hi Victor, great to have you with us today and excited to have you share your wisdom with our readers. Over the years, after speaking with countless do-ers, makers, builders, entrepreneurs, artists and more we’ve noticed that the ability to take risks is central to almost all stories of triumph and so we’re really interested in hearing about your journey with risk and how you developed your risk-taking ability.

A person’s ability to make decisions and take risks in any field is the result of accumulating experience and information in the field of the business you own.Then you’re more flexible with having different of accumulated knowledge ,makes it easier to make the right decision for minimal risk.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

One of the best things I learned from all the work and companies I’ve started was that you should always do in your life what you love, what you want to do with love and from your heart.
Throughout my life I have founded different types of companies. some were successful, others not, but based on this fact i have accumulated vast experience in different business fields.
I currently have several businesses,
but one of the dearest to my soul and one that I pay a lot of attention to is
Miami Fun Rental,
which provides rental services in Miami such as:
Boats(Yachts,pontoons),
Luxury cars,
jet skis,
security cars, and other services that make the lives of tourists/visitors easier.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

In this business, but also in any other business, trust and communication with people is the key to success.
Always keep your word and be punctual.
Responsible of your actions and be respectful to your team and your partners.
My advice to beginners is :
Never be afraid to try something new and not to be afraid or doubt their knowledge and intellectual power.

Before we go, maybe you can tell us a bit about your parents and what you feel was the most impactful thing they did for you?

From when i was a child I learned a lot from my parents.
But one very important thing I learned from my parents beside the fact that they gave me an education at the highest level, one thing I understood from a young age was that I had to run my own business.
And I saw this from both parents working for their own business.
No , It’s not easy , it’s a huge risk a lot of work and you basically never have days off .
Just doing what you love and by working for your company hard , at one point the company starts working for you and then you have more financial and time freedom.
So I’m very grateful to my parents, who always showed by their example that through work and diligence you will get what you want.
