Meet Victoria Pappas, Esq.

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Victoria Pappas, Esq.. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Hi Victoria, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?

I get my work ethic from growing up in a household where hard work was a necessity. My parents, Greek immigrants, showed me resilience and determination every day. My mother cleaned houses, and my father, despite his disability, never gave up. From a young age, I worked alongside my mom cleaning houses, waited tables, and did sales to put myself through college and law school because I had no choice but to work hard. No job was beneath me because work is work, and that mindset is what drove me to where I am today.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I’m passionate about helping people solve problems, whether it’s preparing legal documents for international projects, certifying documents with an Apostille, Estate Planning work, or forming business entities and contracts for startups. I also bring substantial expertise in real estate, working as a listing and buyer’s agent for high-end commercial and residential clients who value privacy. I specialize in working under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to ensure confidentiality and have access to many exclusive off-market deals. As a master negotiator, I take pride in getting results, no matter how complex the situation. I’m bilingual in Greek and English, which enables me to serve the South Florida Greek community as well as clients from Greece and Cyprus. Currently, I’m offering free cyber legacy planning consultations as part of all new estate planning packages, which is an exciting new addition to my services. Client satisfaction drives me, and I’m the one people turn to when they need results.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three most impactful qualities in my journey have been adaptability, problem-solving, and hard work. Adaptability allowed me to adjust to changing circumstances, whether in law or real estate, and stay ahead of the curve. Problem-solving helped me find solutions in complex situations that others might see as impossible. And hard work has been the foundation of everything I’ve achieved. My advice for those early in their journey is simple, you never truly fail unless you give up, so don’t give up. Embrace challenges, find creative solutions, and keep working hard. Success comes from persistence so keep pushing forward and adapt as needed.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

Yes, I’m always open to collaborating with like-minded professionals. I’m particularly interested in partnering with overseas lawyers and real estate brokerages to expand opportunities for international clients, whether it’s in real estate, business, or other legal matters. My goal is to offer clients seamless service across borders and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of expertise. I currently collaborate with some professionals abroad and in the USA but am always looking to build more connections, both internationally and within the U.S. If you’re a lawyer or brokerage, whether based overseas or within the USA, and interested in collaborating, I’d love to connect. Feel free to reach out for a conversation about how we might work together.
