We were lucky to catch up with Vinny Pacifico recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Vinny , thank you for being such a positive, uplifting person. We’ve noticed that so many of the successful folks we’ve had the good fortune of connecting with have high levels of optimism and so we’d love to hear about your optimism and where you think it comes from.
I believe mindset is everything. We are all struggling in one way or another, everyone is going through something. I truly believe if you keep your head up and know that you can do anything you put your mind to, as well as put in undying effort. There will be results. I try to do one or 2 things every single day that will bring me closer to my goal.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?
I am a world travelled professional wrestler. I had a dream to be a wrestler ever since I was a child, and I decided I wanted to live my life on my terms and chase this crazy dream. With hard work, and an amazing support system, I’ve gotten to work for AEW, WWE, Ring Of Honor, New Japan, as well as travel all over the world including all throughout USA, Canada, Japan. England, and soon I will be going to Finland, England, and France in august 2024. I have also had the opportunity to be sponsored by Bang Energy as well as GFuel Energy.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Three qualities you need are self discipline, the ability to adapt, and the willingness to do things that others will not do.
My advice to everyone is to always believe in you and bet on yourself. You never know what will come if you take that leap of faith.
My best advice is to do 2-3 things per day that will bring you closer to your goal. For me, train, eat properly (diet) and do all media / social media related work.

Before we go, any advice you can share with people who are feeling overwhelmed?
When I feel overwhelmed I think it’s best to just take a second, breath, rethink everything, and move forward your best way. Go with your gut instinct but never be afraid to take a minute and think about what it is that is bringing this feeling and attack further.
The gym is always a good help, as well as a nice meal.
