We caught up with the brilliant and insightful VINSRELLE GRIFFIN a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi VINSRELLE , we’re so appreciative of you taking the time to share your nuggets of wisdom with our community. One of the topics we think is most important for folks looking to level up their lives is building up their self-confidence and self-esteem. Can you share how you developed your confidence?
I constantly challenged myself when it comes to achieving goals I surround myself around positive people. I make sure I have remain calm, cool and collective, especially when it comes to taking my media business series and it has given me all types of confidence that I can do anything I put my mind to
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Since I was young, I always been fascinated with the entertainment business, whether it was music or movies. It was just something that I always had interest in. I wanted to be a rapper when I was a teenager or a film critic due to the fact that I was always into movies and music now that I’m older and the entertainment business has shifted towards podcasting and Internet media shows with my personality and hard work I know I can achieve my goals as being a professional interviewer with my own show and network, which is why I started my podcast almost 4 years ago, and I’ve been going strong, developing all types of skills, gaining followers, and dropping amazing shows and content daily
Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
For me, my three skills would have to be confidence, persistency, and determination. Anybody who is starting their journey as a businessman or anything you have to have confidence and you have to be willing to put in the Work without giving up that’s where you learn your skills and learn how to grow Your business.
One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
In the media business, I’m always willing to work with anyone who is willing to work with me, especially when it comes to doing interviews having discussions on my platform one thing about me I’m always willing to work with people that have the same desire and passion for the media industry.
