Meet Volt

We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Volt. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Volt below.

Volt, so great to have you with us and we want to jump right into a really important question. In recent years, it’s become so clear that we’re living through a time where so many folks are lacking self-confidence and self-esteem. So, we’d love to hear about your journey and how you developed your self-confidence and self-esteem.
I was taught to believe In the work i do, and accept the success and Failures that comes with it.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
I started playing musical instruments (drums, piano, bass guitar) at a young age. This lead to music production/recording later on. Being a creative Producer is a lot of work and requires time and dedication, At the early stage of making music, the most challenging part was trying to find a balance between daily life events and creating music.

My Focus Professionally is to make Good Records and Develop Artists. Having the knowledge of musical theory makes being a Music Producer natural.

The Most Exciting Thing about being in this field is creating music from Scratch, and having the end product being appreciated by listeners.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Skills are acquired through consistency, dependability and innovative thinking, these have been my strongest attributes throughout the years. Disciplines is also an important asset. My Advice for anyone making music in terms of how they can best develop their art/businesses is to stay true, love what you do and remember that no one is an island by themselves, Collaboration is necessary for growth.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?
I’m always open to collaborate with people in the music industry, weather it being an a&r, producer, artist, engineer, publisher, skit maker, songwriters, singers, etc, Just having people around you that share common goals and aspirations is a key elements.
