We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Vonetta Grant. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Vonetta below.

Hi Vonetta , really happy you were able to join us today and we’re looking forward to sharing your story and insights with our readers. Let’s start with the heart of it all – purpose. How did you find your purpose?

Often as a child I would always question why do we exist as humans. What is even the reason why I’m alive on this planet. I would have so many questions like what is the reason for even having this life ? What’s the purpose? I found my purpose connecting to God and asking him to lead the way on this path and journey course. I asked to have my purpose revealed to me. My purpose in spiritually is to speak truth and help people who’ve been silenced to find their voice, and stand their ground. I feel like my purpose is to also inspire others & help restore faith and hope in others who don’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Utilizing my confidence and wisdom to share light onto others.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Hi guys ! My name is Vonetta Grant, I go by Voxx. I am a Playboy Model, Fashion Runway model, Creative Director and producer. I’ve been modeling for 9 years now, with the intention set to become a curvy model putting girls on the map for Las Vegas but over the years along this journey I expanded into all avenues of doing what I love from singing, dancing, creative directing , acting, filming, I’ve learned to be comfortable with dipping into every avenue and not limiting myself to just one career. I don’t have kids or any obligations that would keep me stuck doing one thing. I am focused on becoming the best version of my self in everything I do mastering myself & multi talents. I do everything I love to get the most life experience as I can.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

1.Consistency – staying consistent even on the days you don’t want to give something your 100. Try to gather the strength to still pull through and show up for YOURSELF. It’s always rewarding knowing you still came through and didn’t fall into the dread pull of doing something.
2.Focus/ Perseverance. Many people will try to get in your way and stray you off track of course in distractions, jealousy & envy. Know yourself and know your drive, know your ambition and Passion for what you desire to achieve in life.
3. Confidence/ True Authenticity – you don’t want to be insecure about the things you love to do. Express & embody your highest forms of confidence in your work , creations and work ethic. This is literally your time to shine do not let others disturb your frequency

What’s been one of your main areas of growth this year?

Emotional Discipline/ Intelligence.
Healing your inner child wounds so you don’t project onto new projects and new people that you get to work & collaborate with. It’s helped so much within my career to not take people’s pain that belongs to them not personal on my end. If you truly know yourself others behavior in the field cannot destroy you. Emotional growth is so beautiful. Once you master this you master everything.
