Meet Wayne Hardy

 

Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Wayne Hardy. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Wayne, we’re so excited for our community to get to know you and learn from your journey and the wisdom you’ve acquired over time. Let’s kick things off with a discussion on self-confidence and self-esteem. How did you develop yours?

I came from a family who struggled to get out of poverty. We werent rich and didnt have a lot of oppurtunities to go further in life. I had a mother n father much older than most so being the only one growing up in that home if i wanted my dads attention i had to work like he did n spend time that way so i learnt to do things on my own instead of hiring things out like most do now days. That taught me independancd n helped to teach me that i could do about anything i set my mind on. I learned to be proud of myself for what i Can do and even when no one see’s it!

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?

I work in a Mens Prison here in Bunkerhill Indiana. My passion is Media Ministry. I enjoy helping others share their life stories online and in music. I am a booking agent for Bobby Hayden Jr. Who is a Christian Music Artist as well I am a Promotional Manager for Corey Emry aka… 5 16 witch he is a rising follower of Christ Rap Artist from Kokomo Indiana. I also am working with a few other artist for which i enjoy most. I felt about 3 yrs ago that God was calling me to get this media ministry going. I felt it was gonna be in need and now 2yrs later it has helped me to gain some good contacts in the music industry as well as helped to reach thousands for the good of Christ! I have actually ate n slept this ministry n God has revealed more about this journey. He has it on my heart to do what we are calling a Breakthrough Concert which will go across every state and become a yearly thing much like Winterjam with a mix of Celebrate Recovery. For those who have experienced an addiction or anything that took you from reality we invite yiu to come amd be a part of this journey and see where it goes from here.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

3 qualities well i would say, My desire to serve others and see them change who they were n help them succeed, My abilitie to touch others on a deeper level, and the life challenges i dealt with growing up helped shape who i am today.
Stop thinking life is all about what “I” want and “how I can get there” n “what im owed” cause life isnt about you. Its about doing Gods Will and getting there his way n letting life take you through the thornbush. Stop avoiding His route because when you do then you only make it worse on yourself. Focus on the good things that he is doing in your life! God does have a plan but, be weary of what you think n the thoughts you allow to creep in from Satan because he uses those thoughts to figure things out and he uses you to give him power so keep in your bible or even in the church! You have to be spiritually fead!

I am looking for anyome willing to share their story online and anyone who has a talent that they think has value and is willing to share it. Too many times we struggle to think “Is there anyone else feeling this way or is it just me”! I have news for ya, Your not alone! Your story may impact someone else amd I wanna be the guy who brings it to them. Not for money or worth but for Gods work..
