We were lucky to catch up with Wayne Hayes recently and have shared our conversation below.

Wayne , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.

It comes from staying within my God given gifts & Talents . The things that I’m willing to do for free.

Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?

After a career as a recording artist, program and curriculum developer, I emerged as an entrepreneur , wellness professional & entertainment executive , as well as being founder & co owner operator of event space / production studio CCM Studios with business partner Kim Mitchell, located in Hayward, Ca.

Wayne Hayes Mgmt is responsible for curating one of the preeminent artist

showcases in the Bay Area

Bragging Rights ! ( with over 35 shows to date)

He is also the executive producer and cohost of “The Hustle Continues “ podcast with legendary Bay Area, rapper SAN QUINN, ( YouTube )

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?

Resilience , Interpersonal Skills,
10,000 hour rule.

I tend to work within my passions. It’s easier to do what comes natural to you then it is to become passionate about something that is not second nature. For example, I was a recording artist I still am actually, I just don’t consider myself to be active however, it is because of that journey that made it possible for me to transition into being a talent manager .

My lifestyle is one that has a foundation of wellness, whether physical wellness spiritual or mental wellness, & because I have invested so much time and resources in wellness tools for my personal longevity. It’s only reasonable to not waste that information and monetize it while helping others.
And resilience never quit, fall forward. There are no losses. There are only lessons.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I’m always looking to work with and collaborate with others. I believe at any given time one should have a mentor and be mentoring someone else,  in this way you can gain experience from someone who has been on the path ahead of you, and also the youth are the future so my game / information doesn’t get stale lol so I keep Young talented individuals around me that can keep me in step with today’s vibes.  However, these individuals must be quality people with love and integrity in their hearts, loyal, and who will bring something to the table and not come to my table to take their food to go so to speak- Wayne Hayes
