Hi Wenisha, thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
From my Guyanese and Caribbean roots, of seeing and knowing where my parents and grandparents come from always humbles and inspires me to be better.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?
Three qualities, skills or areas of knowledge that was most impactful to my journey is my passion, experience, and resilience. The travel industry is constantly evolving and I have to keep up with the trends and inform customers. I have turned my passion of travel into purpose to help others. I have the experience of traveling to about 40 countries and that has helped me curate my customers experiences. I have the resilience to help customers to continue to travel even when plans and circumstances have changed and I help them make new plans.
Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
Continued learning of training, seminars, webinars, and conferences has help me to keep up why the travel industry and to meet other peers in the same industry.
