Alright, so we’re so thrilled to have Who with us today – welcome and maybe we can jump right into it with a question about one of your qualities that we most admire. How did you develop your work ethic? Where do you think you get it from?
The music industry is a fast pace system, in order to stand out you must outwork everyone and anyone, Artist see another artist and copies what works for them. I see what artist close to me are not doing to elevate their career and I capitalize on that advantage.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
My name Brandon Conner known professionally as Who Else?, I am an American rapper and founder of New West Management & New West Connection. I currently have 3 songs out on all major platforms. My first single is “Hoodoo Summer” which is on the road to 100k along with my 2nd single “Shut Em Up Shut Em Down”. We just released my 3rd single “Brandon Are You Ok” which is different from the music I usually make. This song responds to everyone who said something negative about my career. Also it is dedicated to my late mother who passed away 1 year ago. Pure emotion produced by Antonio Noriega. We are currently working on my album which has no set release date yet. I have been teaching my self how to mix music, you can hear my work on my soundcloud. I am very excited to announce New West Management is throwing our first show of the year at Temple LVL night club March 14th for BENNYFEELSBLUE Album Release party. Featuring artist like, DavidSoldOut, Lowdy Trail, Telly, Jc Quin, TheLonious E & More.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
Trial and Error was my biggest teacher. Learning what works and what doesn’t. Patience is key, learn to watch your surroundings and listen even if the information is not useful at the moment it may become useful later.

Who has been most helpful in helping you overcome challenges or build and develop the essential skills, qualities or knowledge you needed to be successful?
First I would say my wife and her patience while I was looking for myself and purpose. No matter if it’s music or life decisions TeayaMay has been honest with her opinion while providing helpful advice. She truly completes me and helps keep our business floating. I thank my manager for teaching the business side and keeping me updated with what needs to be done. I can not forget everyone at New West Management it has been a big year for us so far.
