William , looking forward to learning from your journey. You’ve got an amazing story and before we dive into that, let’s start with an important building block. Where do you get your work ethic from?

I come from a long generation of hard workers. One of my grandathers owned a painting company, and the other a retired railroad worker. My mom worked on education for many years. So strong and solid work ethic was instilled in me at a very young age .

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Being an owner of a national brand, I feel it’s very important to produce and create something so unique that it stands out among the rest. I strategically produced a Kiwi flavored vodka, because theirs was not another pure kiwi vodka in the United States. The name Nedaj is my son Jaden’s name spelled backwards and reflects the legacy of producing a legacy product.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

The first and most important step is Discopline. Discipline allows you to stay humble and realistic in whatever you are creating or producing m. Second learn as much about Marketing as you possibly can. Marketing is one of the necessary skills needed to thrive in business and make informed decisions. Lastly, I would say learn to network with like minded individuals that have similar experiences that you are looking for and can become a mentor.
