Zacharij, so great to be with you and I think a lot of folks are going to benefit from hearing your story and lessons and wisdom. Imposter Syndrome is something that we know how words to describe, but it’s something that has held people back forever and so we’re really interested to hear about your story and how you overcame imposter syndrome.

I overcame imposter syndrome by consistently showing the people the difference between the real and the fake.

What I do as a creative entrepreneur & business owner is varying, & different depending on the day. I own a media blog known as Zipp Squad Entertainment that highlights artists, news, current events, local & state events, and more – most of my time consists of capturing / curating content of some sort. I sell custom, commission works of art as well as digital graphics, such as flyers, logos, promotional material, and more. I also manage artists, models, and creatives looking for more structure & understanding of social media promotion / marketing.

I recently just earned my social media certificate though hubspot. That, along with my content marketing certification & online presence, am more readily able to help upcoming artists set a solid foundation in the music industry in Central Texas.

There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?

3 things that were more impactful in my journey was learning discernment, as well as learning about building your social media presence + influence. Learning the in’s-and-out’s on how to grow yourself online, then making the most valuable moves for your success needs to be your main focus if you’re looking to generate revenue online. Create a plan of action, and adjust as you grow.

Okay, so before we go we always love to ask if you are looking for folks to partner or collaborate with?

I’m looking for other like-minded individuals that are willing to set their personal ego/preferences to the side to help elevate the collective at hand. Business minded, but family oriented; I want to hire a small staff by the end of 2025 of people I know have a similar vision, or can very least trust in mine.
