Hi Zack, thank you for joining us today and sharing your experiences and acquired wisdom with us. Burnout is a huge topic these days and so we’d love to kick things off by discussing your thoughts on overcoming or avoiding burnout

Avoiding burnout is definitely a skill that needs to be developed over time. What i find that works best for me I simply working until I’m mentally fatigued and then simply stopping. For those months that I have back-to-back-to-back-to-back. I do not edit unless I know I don’t have mental fatigue.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

Hi, I’m Zachary Wilson—a creative producer who helps brands and individuals tell stories that feel real. I specialize in crafting interview-driven content, cinematic short pieces, and social-first videos that connect with people on a human level. I also film weddings, which is one of my favorite parts of what I do—there’s nothing better than capturing genuine emotion, real moments, and the feeling of two people choosing each other. I love love, and it shows in the way I shoot.

Whether I’m shaping a brand’s message, building a workflow, or designing questions that spark honest moments, my goal is always the same: make it organized, intentional, and resonant.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Best advice I can give is this. Do what you love and love what you do. 2 greatest skills you can develop is clear communication and being able to work with annoying people.

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My biggest area of growth over the past 12 months has got to be the fact of understanding my worth. I was terrified of raising my prices for weddings but when I did, I got booked more because people valued me more which I thought was weird.
