Meet Zaire Bellamy

We were lucky to catch up with Zaire Bellamy recently and have shared our conversation below.

Zaire, so great to have you with us and thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with the community. So, let’s jump into something that stops so many people from going after their dreams – haters, nay-sayers, etc. We’d love to hear about how you dealt with that and persisted on your path.

By remembering I’m my own boss and simply because this is my livelihood is what keeps me going. Also, because I’m a mom, being able to spend more valuable time with my son versus always being busy with work or too tired is my motivation. It’s kind of my way to say ‘kiss my ass’, to everyone who has ever told me I wouldn’t amount to much in life.

Great, so let’s take a few minutes and cover your story. What should folks know about you and what you do?

I am a spiritual guider, I specialize in healing services and readings. I also have other ventures such as an online fashion boutique, wardrobe styling, digital marketing coaching and custom crochet items. I’ve been expanding outside of just spiritual content and my digital products are multipurpose. I recently released a guidebook on the different angels and demons, my store will be linked at the end of this article.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Three skills that have been most impactful for me are time management, perseverance and consistency. I have ADHD, so I’m sometimes all over the place but keeping a set schedule and planning accordingly has helped me stay on track. With there being good days and then slow days, it can be discouraging but persevering and keeping on posting shows commitment and that you believe in things working out. My advice is to not give up even when it seems like nothing is going right. Don’t allow people to speak fear into your plans! If you have that idea take and run very far with it. At first nobody really believed in my business but, now I’m 5 years into it and this my 3rd interview this year! You never know how something will turn out until you try!

What has been your biggest area of growth or improvement in the past 12 months?

My biggest area of growth has been where I’m booking clients from. I recently got booked by someone all the way in Germany and I’m in Boston, Ma. That was big for me, because I have a goal set to book with each able country at least once. I’ve had clients over in Australia, South Africa, the Caribbean. So it was a blessing but also a sign of how much further my business is reaching!
