Meet Zsari D’javanneh

We recently connected with Zsari D’javanneh and have shared our conversation below.

Zsari, thank you so much for joining us. You are such a positive person and it’s something we really admire and so we wanted to start by asking you where you think your optimism comes from?

My optimism comes from my faith. I often look back at the tough moments in my life and think, “Wow, I’m surprised I can stay this optimistic.” When I first moved to Dallas from New Jersey, I was broke and struggling to find a job after grad school. Even though I felt anxious, I always had this unwavering faith that it was just a setback meant to build my character. Now, even when I get discouraged or anxious about the ambitious and costly visions I’ve carefully curated for my business and career, I just know that God gave me this mind and resilience for a reason, and that’s what really keeps me going.

Let’s take a small detour – maybe you can share a bit about yourself before we dive back into some of the other questions we had for you?

Thank you for asking! I’m the founder of Vision 127 Creative Co., a creative development and events company that’s still in its early stages, but with a deep commitment to supporting multipassionate creatives. We focus on helping those who juggle multiple talents and passions but often struggle to follow through on their projects. That’s why we launched The Multipassionate Collaborative (TMC), a social club designed to provide the structure, accountability, and community creatives need to break the start-stop-settle cycle and finally see their ideas come to life.

Now that TMC has launched, we’re excited to host monthly meetups in Dallas, where creatives can connect, share their work, set goals, and participate in immersive workshops for creative growth. Our events are a mix of creativity, networking, and entertainment, creating a supportive environment where members can hold each other accountable and keep progressing in their projects.

One of the most important aspects of TMC is our commitment to giving back. 20% of member dues go directly into the TMC Project Fund, which provides opportunities for members to win grants. These grants are awarded to support both collaborative projects between subgroups and individual members looking to fund their personal creative endeavors. It’s a real way for us to offer financial support to help bring our members’ ideas to life, and it’s a core part of our mission. As a creative myself, I understand how challenging it can be to find the right resources and encouragement, and I want TMC to be the place where creatives know they have the support they need.

In addition to TMC, we’ve launched our shows like “When Creators Connect”, where we showcase the stories of creatives in the community, and “127 Local Gems”, which highlights unique local businesses and creative spaces in Dallas. These platforms give creatives a voice and more visibility, while also celebrating the local culture.

Though we’ve only been in business for just under two years, we’re truly grateful for the growth we’ve experienced and the support we’ve received. As we continue building our presence in Dallas, our goal is to expand TMC into other cities and find more ways to help creatives turn their passions into actionable success. It’s all about giving back and creating a strong foundation for the creative community, and we’re just getting started.

Looking back, what do you think were the three qualities, skills, or areas of knowledge that were most impactful in your journey? What advice do you have for folks who are early in their journey in terms of how they can best develop or improve on these?

Looking back, the three most impactful qualities on my journey have been ambition, faith, and commitment.

Ambition drives your creativity in ways that others may not always understand. Being extremely ambitious can be daunting, especially when people don’t see your vision, but if you have the right circle and trust in your goals, I’d say trust yourself and pursue them anyway.

Faith has been essential to my growth, both mentally and physically. For me, the phrase “walk by faith, not by sight” is so true. Faith gives you the ability to believe that anything is possible, no matter the obstacles in front of you.

Commitment is key, especially for creatives and multipassionates, who often struggle to stay dedicated to their art, businesses, or hobbies. It’s difficult to be ambitious and faithful without committing to your own ideas. Once you push past imposter syndrome, fear of failure, and procrastination, that’s when real creative and personal growth happens.

How can folks who want to work with you connect?

Yes, I’m always looking for people to partner and collaborate with! Vision 127 has three main departments: creative development through The Multipassionate Collaborative (TMC), original content (which includes our interviews and shows), and events like our annual 127 Creative Brunch and The Showdown.

I’m particularly interested in partnering with people to help grow TMC into new chapters and expand opportunities for our members beyond our planned events. I’m also looking for videographers and editors to help with our shows, as I currently handle most of the editing myself, and honestly, I can’t stand it lol! Lastly, I’d love to collaborate with people who can help bring the larger vision for Vision 127 and our events to life. I have so many ideas, but it’s challenging to execute them all with a small team.

If you’re passionate about creativity, community, or content production, and want to collaborate, I’d love to connect! Feel free to reach out to me directly.
