We recently had the chance to connect with Mrs. Stacy Brown and have shared our conversation below.
Good morning Stacy, it’s such a great way to kick off the day – I think our readers will love hearing your stories, experiences and about how you think about life and work. Let’s jump right in? What is a normal day like for you right now?
A normal day for me currently is juggling being a mom, wife and business owner. In between school pickups and drops off there’s client calls, venue tours/walkthroughs and ending the night with dinner and bed time routines. Most days are pretty busy but I wouldn’t change it for the world! What a blessing it is to do what I love and provide for my beautiful family.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I’m Stacy Brown, the founder and lead planner of Style Luxe Weddings, a luxury wedding planning and design firm dedicated to creating timeless, editorial-style celebrations filled with beauty, intention, and sophistication.
My background in interior design and graphic design deeply influences my approach to wedding planning. I see every event as a canvas, a chance to blend design, emotion, and experience into something unforgettable. That design foundation allows me to transform spaces with a refined eye for detail, ensuring that every celebration feels cohesive, elevated, and deeply personal to my clients.
Before launching Style Luxe Weddings, I designed interiors that told stories through texture, balance, and luxury. Today, I bring that same creative perspective to my weddings, curating experiences that are not only stunning but seamlessly executed from start to finish.
Beyond my business, I’m a wife and proud mom of three, building a life and brand rooted in purpose, grace, and passion. My journey has been one of vision and resilience, proving that with faith, dedication, and creativity, it’s possible to design a business and life you truly love.
Through Style Luxe Weddings, I’m redefining what it means to plan luxury, crafting celebrations that embody elegance, authenticity, and unforgettable design.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that believed I had to prove myself to be worthy of success, love, or recognition. For years, I carried the weight of striving, always pushing to be perfect, to do more, to be everything for everyone. That drive helped me build what I have today, but it no longer serves me in this new season.
I’m ready to release the version of me that operated from survival and step fully into the woman who leads from peace, confidence, and purpose. I honor the hustle that got me here, but now I choose alignment over pressure, grace over perfection, and flow over force.
What fear has held you back the most in your life?
I’d say imposter syndrome as an entrepreneur. Being afraid to be seen trying in a space with other experts and industry leaders. The constant feeling that I was somehow faking it, that I hadn’t “earned” my seat at the table. But what I’ve learned is that fear loses its power when you move anyway. Every time I’ve chosen to show up despite the doubt, I’ve proven to myself that I belong, not because of perfection, but because of purpose.
I’m learning that confidence isn’t the absence of fear; it’s the decision to stop letting fear lead.
Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What’s a belief or project you’re committed to, no matter how long it takes?
I’m deeply committed to building a legacy, one that empowers women, creates beauty, and transforms lives through purpose-driven design and storytelling.
I believe in showing what’s possible that a woman can be a devoted wife, a loving mother, and a successful entrepreneur all at once. No matter how long it takes, I’m committed to that mission: to build a brand and a life that stand as proof that elegance, faith, and perseverance can coexist and that purpose always outlasts pressure.
Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I certainly feel like I am doing what I was born to do. I’ve always had the belief and the courage to follow my dreams. Even when it felt scary or when imposter syndrome appeared. I enjoy thinking of a vision and seeing all of the pieces come together through consistency and hard work.
