Alessandro, we’re thrilled to have you sharing your thoughts and lessons with our community. So, for folks who are at a stage in their life or career where they are trying to be more resilient, can you share where you get your resilience from?
Passing the Special forces training and leading  my soldiers in the field , taught me to never give up , for yourself  and for the people that believe in you

Appreciate the insights and wisdom. Before we dig deeper and ask you about the skills that matter and more, maybe you can tell our readers about yourself?
Good morning, My Usa story start like a trueAmerican dream .When I was in the Italian special forces and deployed to Afganistan , thanks to some connections I met Bobby Vasquez , a former USA green beret.

Mr Vasquez at that time was the President of the Local 479 Movie studio mechanics ( the biggest union for movie crew in USA ), And the owner of the East Cost Film, a company that provides special effects for movies.

He sponsored me with an H1 visa and I came to work in Usa as a special effect expert
I worked with him for 2 years on 7 movies ,while more and more people asked me to  work for other company due to my Special forces background and the multiple applications of my skills in the movie business.

Then my career skyrocketed.
Thanks to the unique combination of my special forces background and my special effect expertise and behind the camera work ,and living in an exploding movie market like Atlanta,
Multi million dollars movie productions started to hire me as a technical/military advisor and I was able to contribute with my knowledge to the success of movies  that made hundreds of million of dollar in Usa market and worldwide.

Then the stunt world came in to place , because of Al a huge need of  stunt performers with real tactical background and so i was hired to work in more than 130 productions.
At that moment I was a part of a huge mechanism  that was bringing in the state of Georgia almost 8 billion dollars a year.
Then another step into my career is when directors and producers started putting  me more in front of the camera because of my tactical skill and my Italian accent…. and so my acting career took off with multiple role in Movies like Insurgent , the hunger games, MacGiver, Red notice,  just to mention a few

I am now casted with a major role in a movie that will be aired next year.

As we speak l, a tv series created by  director/ writer Bill Hillman about a family that is fighting crimes named “The Moretti”,  inspired by true event, with me as main role has finished the pilot and is ready to go green light for the seasons

You can find a short bio and my movie career in the international movies database IMDB
