We were lucky to catch up with Alexandra Peck recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alexandra, so good to have you with us today. We’ve always been impressed with folks who have a very clear sense of purpose and so maybe we can jump right in and talk about how you found your purpose?
I’d love to share how I found my purpose. I’ll start by saying that as an interior designer, I find immense joy in creating truly unique spaces that uplift and inspire others. What I believe illuminated my path in life are my experiences living abroad and traveling around the world. Travel feeds my soul, and I am constantly immersing myself in diverse cultures and listening to people’s stories.
My purpose is to be a beacon of light, a conduit for compassion, and a force for positive change. I realized that my fulfillment lies in being a humanitarian in every sense of the word. Life is fleeting, but our capacity to do good is boundless. My journey has taught me that purpose isn’t something we create; it’s something we uncover within ourselves. It’s the quiet voice of intuition that always guides us toward our true calling.

Thanks, so before we move on maybe you can share a bit more about yourself?
Of course! I’m Alexandra Peck, an interior designer who sculpts and reshapes spaces with a boldness that captivates and inspires. My background resides in luxury residential, boutique hospitality, and cutting-edge workplace design, each project a canvas for innovation and imagination.
My design ethos is a fusion of my passion for dance and music, infusing every space with a rhythm and harmony that’s unmistakably unique. I revel in the interplay of styles, colors, and textures, crafting narratives that leave a lasting impression. My passion is to create unforgettable experiences that stand the test of time.
Upon obtaining my BFA in Interior Design I moved to New York City where I cut my teeth alongside industry luminaries like Jeffrey Beers, Morris Adjmi, and West Chin, mastering every facet of the design process, from concept to complete execution.
Before founding Alexandra Peck Design in 2020, I led the design of Soho House Nashville, shaping it into the crown jewel of the hospitality giant’s North American portfolio. In 2022 I relocated the studio to Los Angeles however I continue to work bi-coastal, and our projects continue to spread out across the country.
My work has been shown in esteemed publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Vogue, Hospitality Design, T Magazine, and The New York Times. Each of these projects have been a testament to my dedication to excellence and innovation.

If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
Looking back on my journey, my abilities to adapt, be resourceful, and to authentically connect with people have been the biggest keys to my success. These qualities have been instrumental in shaping my life and my career. They have supported me in navigating the ever-changing landscape of the design industry and aided me in building meaningful relationships along the way.
In the world of design, no two projects or clients are alike, thus being able to pivot, adjust, and innovate in response to shifting priorities and challenges is essential. Pushing myself to embrace change with an open mind allows me to stay ahead of the curve and deliver exceptional results, even in the face of unexpected obstacles.
Another cornerstone of my success has been my ability to be resourceful. Whether finding creative solutions to design dilemmas or tapping into my vast network of industry connections, being resourceful has enabled me to turn vision into reality.
Design is inherently a collaborative process thus forging deep connections with clients, collaborators, and colleagues alike is essential. My ability to genuinely connect with others has sharpened my insight and sense of intuition allowing me to understand what truly resonates with my clients. As a result, my clients know that they are seen and heard which solidifies their trust that I will deliver exceptional results uniquely tailored to them.

One of our goals is to help like-minded folks with similar goals connect and so before we go, we want to ask if you are looking to partner or collab with others – and if so, what would make the ideal collaborator or partner?
Absolutely! I’m actively seeking partnerships and collaborations with hoteliers, hospitality groups, real estate developers, builders, architects, and homeowners. I’d like to work with people who are eager to collaborate with a detail-oriented interior designer dedicated to crafting exceptional spaces that are both distinctive and timeless.
For hoteliers, hospitality groups, real estate developers, builders, and architects, I offer a unique opportunity to elevate projects to new heights of intrigue and refinement. With my background in luxury interior architectural design, I bring a wealth of knowledge, resources, expertise, and creativity to the table, ensuring that every space is meticulously crafted to exceed expectations. Whether collaborating on new construction projects or enhancing existing spaces, I’m committed to delivering unparalleled results that leave a lasting impression and magnetize patrons/future buyers to our newly designed properties.
For homeowners, I provide comprehensive interior design services tailored to each of my client’s specific wants, needs, and preferences. I guide homeowners in an exploratory yet methodical process to discover their true desires and requirements so that they may enjoy their best lives. From concept design to final installation, I oversee every aspect of the project with acute attention to detail, ensuring each room is infused with their unique personality and style. My goal with every project is to deliver a space that feels inviting and comfortable in an upscale fashion all while working within our clients’ desired project investment.
If you share my passion for design and are interested in creating alluring spaces, I invite you to reach out. I’d love to explore the road to creativity, culture, and quality craftsmanship together and bring your dream projects to life!
