We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Angela Iaquinto a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Angela , we’re thrilled to have you on our platform and we think there is so much folks can learn from you and your story. Something that matters deeply to us is living a life and leading a career filled with purpose and so let’s start by chatting about how you found your purpose.
Finding my purpose came from exploring a variety of paths. I just kept trying things until they felt right and stuck. Constantly evolving to become better at my skills and craft. Over time put me in a place where I could share my knowledge by using my same systems I’ve created to help others grow effectively with out all the frustrations I had to go through. I use frustration and failures to excel.Which lead me to where I am today.
I’ve created systems to effectively grow. By doing that I created a schedule with balance for my staff.

As a stylist I’m a true creative. I have always loved to build & create just about anything.
As a salon owner I want to see the best in stylists growing, building, or just prefer leave the business side to someone else. I am here to help!
I created Bohemy salon to work in an environment where I felt best in. A place where I could share my knowledge with others & help them reach their potential.
Creating schedules that don’t create burnout. We focus on color, painted looks, medium to long hair cuts & sew in extensions. Along with treatments that can help assist in hair health & management of your texture.
As a guest at Bohemy Salon. We want you to enjoy our salon setting sounded by greenery & light. We strive to help you achieve your best hair goals. The personal touch is our signature hot towel with essential oils at the shampoo bowl.
As a stylist we hope to provide you with a space where you can create, learn & work a schedule with harmony.
We provide goal setting to help you achieve your weekly goals & offer an allowance every year to continue your education.
If you had to pick three qualities that are most important to develop, which three would you say matter most?
The most impactful skills and qualities – be able to rebuild from any stage or set back
– being able to evolve and change to stay current
– staying persistent & focused
Making small changes and steps towards goals.
Goal setting for yourself is a must for any type of growth.
Always be willing to learn new things too. help with your advancement
