Hi Anniesha , thanks for sharing your insights with our community today. Part of your success, no doubt, is due to your work ethic and so we’d love if you could open up about where you got your work ethic from?
My work ethics are imprinted from my parents. They always taught me if I am going to start something to give it my all and execute it to the finish line. They have supported me in every career decision I have decided to do, as long as it makes me happy.
Thanks for sharing that. So, before we get any further into our conversation, can you tell our readers a bit about yourself and what you’re working on?
Being a native of Pompano Beach Florida it was important to bring something unique, clean, and efficient to my community. I stared Ann-LASH Beauty Bar after my difficulties with finding a liscenced LASH Tech to cater to my LASH needs. Many techs either did business out of their homes and or had a process that wasn’t anything memorable. And if anyone has ever gotten Mink Lashes before they do know it can be pricey. The experience is everything!! Ann-LASH Beauty Bar was molded around the Client experience. I really wanted to leave an imprint on the Client that left them feeling like they spent their money right. Since opening in 2020 I have also extended services to offering Sugaring, Brazilian Sugaring, Facials, Advanced Acne Facials, Hydrodermabrasion Facials, Dermaplaning, Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, Teeth Whitening, and have also opened an Academy where I teach Advanced Estestic classes. , As Ann-LASH Beauty Bar continues to grow I am humbled by the support of my community and loving Clients.
It’s the Love from my Clients as to why I’m still here. In the next year I will be opening a school where I will be able to license Beautypernuers interested in starting their journey in Skincare, Lashes, or connecting with the broward facial clan. I am thrilled to see what the future has in store.
There is so much advice out there about all the different skills and qualities folks need to develop in order to succeed in today’s highly competitive environment and often it can feel overwhelming. So, if we had to break it down to just the three that matter most, which three skills or qualities would you focus on?
If I could build a blueprint for my younger self before Ann-LASH Beauty Bar was standing in existence. I would jot down these 3 things to follow by. Consistency; being consistent will help you to see results. Set a planner for which dates and times you would like to accomplish tasks and execute them.
Social Media is your best friend; while privacy is important and needed, social media is the best friend you never had. Social media is free and easy to navigate and can help scale your business, not only does Social media help you reach your target audience it also helps you to connect with your target audience.
Don’t be afraid to fail; failing is apart of the journey. If you do not fail you will not be able to correct mistakes. While society has deemed failure as a bad thing, failure helps to keep you humble and pushes you in the right direction for growth.
How can folks who want to work with you connect?
I am currently in the process of opening a Beauty School where I will not only be able to extend my advanced estestics classes in Dermaplaning, Eyelash Extensions, Sugaring, Speed Waxing, Microneedling, and Beautypernuer Bootcamp -@annlashbeautybar_academy, but I will be able to license Beauty professionals. The school is underway and expected to open August 2023, the support of the community will be greatly appreciated and needed. This journey has been a dream of mine since 2020 and I cannot wait to extend my knowledge and skills to the future Beautypernuers of tomorrow.
